Claims (1)
- 液体Ｈｅ冷却下で使用する超伝導コイルに外部
より励磁する電流導入機構部において、前記超伝
導コイルと外部電源電流導入端子の間に、外周部
をＨｅガス冷却し、かつ、内部を液体窒素冷却す
る冷却構造をもつた高温超伝導型電流リードを挿
入したことを特徴とする超伝導用電流供給機構。
