、１０は廊下の手摺、１１は各戸の玄関、１２は
車両の横方向移動手段、１３はエレベーターの機
械室、１４は昇降通路、１５は従来例の駐車場、
１６は走行通路である。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 建築物１の１乃至複数の側壁２に、壁面の外
    面全面又は、一部に側壁２と一体にあるいは側壁
    ２に近接して多段駐車場３が併設されてなる多層
    構築物。 ２ 前記多段駐車場３の車両４の駐車域５が、車
    両の出入口６及びそれに上下に連なる昇降通路１
    ４を対象軸にして対象に２階以上に設けられてな
    る第１項記載の多層構築物。 ３ 前記建築物１と該駐車場３の各段の駐車域５
    が、側壁２に設けられた連通口８で連通してなる
    第１項又は第２項記載の多層構築物。
