Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基準クロツクを発生するクロツク発振器と、 このクロツク発振器からの基準クロツクＣＬＩ
を入力し、その出力端から目的の位相を有するク
ロツク出力ＣＬＯを得るようにした遅延時間が制
御可能のデイレイ回路と、 前記クロツク出力ＣＬＯと基準クロツクＣＬＩ
との位相測定を行い位相差を対応する電圧信号を
出力する位相測定回路と、 この位相測定回路の出力電圧と基準電圧を比較
する比較器と、 この比較器からの信号を受け前記デイレイ回路
の遅延時間を調整する制御部と を具備するクロツクジエネレータ。
