す回路図、第７図ａ，ｂ，ｃはその第３実施例に
用いる超電導体と抵抗体の具体的構成の一例を示
す正面図・横断面図および側面図、第８図は第４
実施例の概略構成を示す回路図、第９図ａ，ｂは
従来の過電流防止スイツチの縦断面図および横断
面図である。 １は超電導体、２は抵抗体、２１は環状輪。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電気回路中に少なくとも超電導体を直列に
    挿入したことを特徴とする電気機器等の保護装置
    。 (2) 電気回路中に超電導体と抵抗体とを順に直
    列にかつ近接させて挿入し、平時は超電導体を超
    電導状態に維持させ、電気回路に所定の許容限度
    以上の電流が流れたときは、抵抗体の発熱で超電
    導体が高抵抗となるようにして過電流を防止する
    ことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の電気機器等の
    保護装置。 (3) 交流電気回路中に超電導体を直列に挿入す
    ると共に、その超電導体の周囲を取巻くように環
    状輪を設け、電気回路に所定の許容限度以上の電
    流が流れたとき、環状輪の渦電流による発熱で超
    電導体が高抵抗となるようにして過電流を防止す
    ることを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の電気機器等
    の保護装置。 (4) 電気回路中に超電導体を直列に挿入すると
    共に、その超電導体を電気機器等に近接させて配
    置し、その電気機器等が所定温度以上になつたと
    き超電導体の抵抗変化で電気機器等への電流を抑
    制して過熱を防止し、もしくは警告することを特
    徴とする請求項(1)記載の電気機器等の保護装置
    。
