示す厚膜ノイズフイルタの応用例を示す斜視図で
ある。 １……絶縁基板、２……下部電極、３ａ，３ｂ
……下部及び上部フエライト層、４……誘電体、
５……上部電極、６……オーバーコート。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 該絶縁基板上に厚膜印刷にて形成される下部フ
エライト層及び下部電極と、 該下部電極を覆うように厚膜印刷にて形成され
る誘電体と、 該誘電体上の前記下部電極に対向する位置に厚
膜印刷にて形成される上部電極と、 前記下部フエライト層に対向する位置に厚膜印
刷にて形成される上部フエライト層からなり、 前記下部電極によりコイル部を構成し、かつ該
下部電極と前記誘電体と前記上部電極によりコン
デンサ部を構成し、かつ前記コイル部の導電部分
を挾み込むようにその上下に厚膜印刷にて前記上
部及び下部フエライト層を形成したことを特徴と
する厚膜ノイズフイルタ。
