[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a workpiece cleaning device that includes a conveyor for transporting the workpieces in a cleaning tank.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, cleaning apparatuses for processing printed circuit boards and the like have been used as part of a processing process by being connected to, for example, an etching machine, a surface treatment machine, a plating line, etc. that handle the processing process of printed circuit boards.
As shown in FIG. 2, the structure is such that a cleaning liquid shower 3 is provided at the top of the cleaning tank 1 to wash off various processing liquids from the pre-processing process that have adhered to the workpiece 2 such as a printed circuit board. Below the cleaning liquid shower 3, an endless belt conveyor 4 is installed horizontally for conveying the work 2 sent from the pretreatment process through the cleaning tank 1 while cleaning it. .

However, in the conventional structure described above, since the conveyor 4 for conveying the workpiece 2 is installed horizontally, the cleaning liquid after cleaning the workpiece 2 tends to accumulate on the workpiece 2 and the conveyor 4, and the cleaning liquid continues to wash. The work environment deteriorates because it is taken out of the tank 1 and wets the floor of the workplace. Furthermore, if the workpiece 2 is a printed circuit board, the cleaning solution remaining on the printed circuit board is likely to remain as a stain when it is dried in the next drying process, and this stain will form on the copper foil of the printed circuit board. In this case, there are problems such as deterioration of quality and generation of defective products.

Therefore, in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-77888, a liquid draining chamber is provided on the outlet side of a peeling chamber that cleans the workpiece, and this liquid draining chamber blows compressed air onto the surface of the workpiece to remove the cleaning liquid. A surface treatment apparatus is disclosed. However, in the surface treatment apparatus disclosed in the above-mentioned publication, in order to remove the cleaning liquid, a liquid draining chamber is required in addition to the peeling chamber corresponding to the cleaning tank 1 in FIG. 2, which results in an increase in the size of the apparatus. It turns out. In addition, since the workpiece inside the peeling chamber is conveyed by a horizontally installed conveyor, this peeling chamber alone cannot solve the problem that cleaning liquid after cleaning the workpiece tends to accumulate on the workpiece and the conveyor. Can not.

Further, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 46-36858 discloses a finishing washing box section that cleans a workpiece while moving it along an arcuate trajectory. When the workpiece is washed in the finishing washing box section which corresponds to this washing tank,
Since the workpiece is cleaned in an inclined state, it is possible to prevent the cleaning liquid after cleaning the workpiece from accumulating on the workpiece and the conveyor.

However, in this case, the slope of the workpiece is directed downward towards the conveyance direction of the workpiece at the exit side of the finishing washing box section, so the flow direction of the cleaning liquid is the exit direction of the finishing washing box section, and the washing liquid flows into the finishing washing box section. It becomes easier to jump out of the exit of the club. Therefore, in this finishing washing box section, it is not possible to prevent deterioration of the working environment such as the washing liquid wetting the floor surface of the workplace.

The present invention has been developed in consideration of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and reduces the amount of cleaning liquid carried out from the cleaning tank by the conveyor and the workpieces on the conveyor, thereby avoiding deterioration of the working environment. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cleaning device for a workpiece, which prevents stains from being generated after drying due to a pool of cleaning liquid on the workpiece, such as a printed circuit board.

The workpiece cleaning device of the present invention has a conveyor for conveying the workpieces in the cleaning tank.
A plurality of endless belt conveyors are installed in series that slope upward in the transport direction of the workpieces to reduce as much as possible the amount of cleaning liquid taken out of the cleaning tank and to avoid residual cleaning liquid on the workpieces. The invention is characterized in that it is configured so as to obtain the following information.

A plurality of cleaning liquid showers 6 are provided at the upper part of the cleaning tank 5, which constitutes a workpiece cleaning device, and three endless belt inclined conveyors 7 are installed below the cleaning liquid showers 6. . The inclined conveyors 7 transport the printed circuit board 8, which is a workpiece, from the inlet 9 of the cleaning tank 5 toward the outlet 10.
7, 7 are installed so as to be inclined upward at a constant angle, respectively, toward the conveyance direction. Since these inclined conveyors 7 have a structure in which three units are installed in series, even if the inclination angle of the inclined conveyors 7 is set to be large, it is possible to suppress the terminal height of the inclined conveyors 7 to be low. Note that this workpiece cleaning device is connected to a preceding etching machine (not shown) and is configured to follow a subsequent drying process, but it goes without saying that the processes before and after that do not matter.

In the above configuration, the printed circuit board 8 that has been etched by the previous stage etching machine is transferred from the inlet 9 of the cleaning tank 5 to the cleaning tank 5 by the inclined conveyor 7.
It can be taken inside. And inclined conveyor 7...
While being sequentially conveyed in the direction of the outlet 10, the etching liquid and the like deposited in the previous etching step are washed away by the cleaning liquid sprayed from the endless showerers 6. In the process of transporting and cleaning the printed circuit board 8 described above, the cleaning liquid sprayed from the cleaning liquid shower 6 is caused to flow along the printed circuit board 8 on the inclined conveyor 7 and the inclined conveyor 7.
Due to the inclination of the inclined conveyors 7..., the water does not accumulate on the printed circuit board 8 and the inclined conveyors 7, but flows down the slopes of the inclined conveyors 7, and falls from the lower end of each inclined conveyor 7. Also, for example,
When the cleaning liquid showers 6 are concentrated above the inclined conveyors 7, 7 in the front half of the tank conveyance line, such as the first and second units counting from the inlet 9, the inclined conveyors 7, 7 of the first and second units When the printed circuit board 8 carrying the cleaning liquid on the conveyors 7, 7 moves to the third inclined conveyor 7, the impact causes the cleaning liquid remaining on the printed circuit board 8 to fall, ensuring even more reliable drainage. will be held.

1. As described above, the workpiece cleaning device according to the present invention has a plurality of endless belt conveyors arranged in series in the workpiece conveyance direction, and each of these endless belt conveyors is tilted upward in the conveyance direction. Because of this structure, the cleaning liquid that is applied along the workpiece by the cleaning liquid shower is removed by the impact of the transition between the slope of the workpiece and the endless belt conveyor, so it does not accumulate on the workpiece or the inclined conveyor that transports the workpiece. . Therefore,
The amount of cleaning liquid carried out to the outside of the cleaning tank is also significantly reduced, and the floor surface of the workplace is no longer wetted, so deterioration of the working environment can be avoided. It also eliminates stains after drying caused by cleaning solution pooling on the surface of workpieces such as printed circuit boards.
This provides effects such as being able to prevent deterioration of the quality of the workpiece as much as possible.
