Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザからのレーザビームを走査して感
光体に静電潜像を形成すると共に、この静電潜像
を現像して顕像化する画像形成装置において、前
記感光体上の顕像の主走査および副走査方向のラ
イン幅を検出する顕像検知手段と、前記半導体レ
ーザの出力Ｄｕｔｙ比を調整するＤｕｔｙ比調整
手段と、前記副走査方向におけるレーザビームの
ビーム径を調整するビーム径調整手段と、顕像が
目的の画素密度に適合するライン幅となるように
前記顕像検知手段の検出値に基いて前記２つの調
整手段を制御する制御手段とを備えたことを特徴
とする画像形成装置。
