る加圧混練装置の作動を制御する制御システムを
示す制御ブロツク図、第５図，はそれぞれ第
１および第２杆体の昇降動作を示すタイムチヤー
ト図、第６図は第１および第２杆体により生地素
材に加えられる圧力の変化状態を示すグラフであ
る。また、第７図，はそれぞれ従来における
機械および人手により生地素材に加えられる圧力
の変化状態を示すグラフである。 １……加圧混練装置、１２……テーブル（可動
テーブル）、１４……駆動手段（テーブル駆動用

Claims (1)
- 生地素材を加圧混練することにより麺体生地を
形成する加圧混練装置であつて、上記生地素材が
載置され、且つ所定のストロークで往復動可能と
されたテーブルと、該テーブルを所定間隔で間欠
的に移動させる駆動手段と、昇降可能に支持され
て下降時に上記生地素材を加圧する杆体と、該杆
体を昇降させる流体内シリンダと、上記テーブル
と杆体とが所定のタイミングで作動し、且つ該杆
体により上記生地素材が適宜の時間加圧状態に保
持されるように上記駆動手段および流体圧シリン
ダを制御する制御手段とが備えられていることを
特徴とする加圧混練装置。
