Claims (1)
- 複数のメニユーキーと、このメニユーキーの中
から選択操作されたメニユーキーの種類を検出す
るメニユー検出手段と、被調理物の表面温度を検
出する表面温度センサと、被調理物を高周波加熱
するマグネトロンと、被調理物を外部加熱する外
部熱源とを備えたものにおいて、上記メニユーキ
ーの中のグラタンキーが設定されると、先ず被調
理物の表面温度を検出し、この温度が設定温度以
下の場合には、先ず所定時間高周波加熱を行い、
次いで上記外部熱源にて所定温度でかつ所定時間
加熱を行うと共に、上記表面温度が設定温度以上
の場合には、上記外部熱源にて所定温度にてかつ
所定時間加熱を行うグラタン調理設定手段を設け
た事を特徴とする調理器。
