Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、特にうろこに施した金色光輝層がキ
ラキラと目立つて光輝する非常に美しい鯉のぼり
に係るものである。
〔従来の技術及び考案が解決しようとする課題〕
従来、鯉のぼりの製作は捺染により目玉やうろ
こなどを表現していた為、多色に捺染する場合極
めて厄介で量産出来なかつた。
本考案は、かかる欠点を解決し、黄金色の美し
い鯉のぼりを提供するものである。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
添付図面を参照して本考案の要旨を説明する。
生地に捺染により鯉の外形線１やうろこ線２や
目玉３を形成し、頭部やひれ部やうろこ内に型紙
により塗布したバインダーの上から金色光輝層４
を接着せしめたスタンピングホイルを当接載置
し、圧着加熱して頭部やひれ部やうろこ内に金色
光輝層４を転写形成し、うろこ内に転写形成した
金色光輝層４の形状を尾側に生地余白を残すと共
に尾側に向けて突出する複数の突起片５を形成
し、反対頭側を上下の隣同志のうろこの谷部に合
わせて先細り形状に形成したことを特徴とする鯉
のぼりに係るものである。
〔実施例〕
ナイロンタフタのような白生地に鯉の外形線１
やうろこ線２や目玉３などを捺染する。
頭部やひれ部やうろこ内に型紙によりバインダ
ーを塗布する。
普通の酸性染料や分散染料などを使用して捺染
する場合染着のため蒸煮処理が必要となるからこ
の染着処理に耐え得るバインダーを選定する。
この際捺染を採用せず、顔料樹脂プリント方式
や転写紙による熱転写プリント方式を採用すれば
バインダーは一般的なもので良い。
このバインダーの上から金色光輝層４を接着せ
しめたスタンピングホイルを当接し、圧着加熱し
て頭部やひれ部やうろこ内に金色光輝層４を転写
する。
うろこ内に転写する金色光輝層４の形状はうろ
こ線２に合わせて内側全部に転写せずに尾側に生
地余白を残す大きさで且つ尾側方向に突出する突
起片５を形成すると共に尾側を上下隣同志のうろ
この谷部に合わせて先細り形状とする。
尚、図面は突起片５と針状突起形状に形成した
場合であるが、突起片５は針状突起形状に限られ
るものではない。
生地を鯉の外形線１に沿つて裁断し、背びれ６
や胸びれ７や腹びれ８も裁断し、縫い合わせて口
部と尾びれ部が開口す鯉のぼり本体を形成する。
スタンピングホイルは合成樹脂フイルムに蒸着
により金色に彩色した金属蒸着層を付着せしめ、
転写剥離するように加工したものを使用する。
〔考案の効果〕 本考案は、上述のようにうろこ内の金色光輝層
４の形状をうろこ線２に合わせて内側全部に転写
せずに尾側に生地余白を残す大きさで且つ尾側方
向に突出する突起片５を形成すると共に頭側を上
下隣同志のうろこの谷部に合わせて先細り形状に
形成したから金色光輝層４の突起片５がうろこ内
の尾側に残した生地余白部に突出し、且つ頭側が
先細り形状で上下隣同志のうろこの谷部に配さ
れ、金色光輝層４が非常に目立ち、この金色光輝
層４が丁度太陽の輝きのように見え、非常にキラ
キラと輝いて見えることのなる。
従つて、頭部やひれ部の金色光輝層４の輝きと
相俟つて全体の金色が非常に強く印象づけられ、
金色に輝く美しい鯉のぼりとなり、それだけ商品
価値を発揮することになる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
図面は本考案の一実施例を示すもので、図は正
面図である。 １……外形線、２……うろこ線、３……目玉、
４……金色光輝層、５……突起片。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 生地に捺染により鯉の外形線やうろこ線や目玉
    を形成し、頭部やひれ部やうろこ内に型紙により
    塗布したバインダーの上から金色光輝層を接着せ
    しめたスタンピングホイルを当接載置し、圧着加
    熱して頭部やひれ部やうろこ内に金色光輝層を転
    写形成し、うろこ内に転写形成した金色光輝層の
    形状を尾側に生地余白を残すと共に尾側に向けて
    突出する複数の突起片を形成し、反対頭側を上下
    の隣同志のうろこの谷部に合わせて先細り形状に
    形成したことを特徴とする鯉のぼり。
