Abstract
(57)【要約】
【目的】 特にうろこに施した金色光輝層がキラキラと
目立って光輝する非常に美しい鯉のぼりを提供する。 【構成】 生地に鯉のうろこや目玉を捺染して鯉を表示
し、頭部やうろこ内に型紙により塗布したバインダーの
上から金色光輝層を接着せしめたスタンピングホイルを
当接載置し圧着加熱して金色光輝層を頭部やうろこ内に
転写せしめ、このうろこ内に転写した金色光輝層の形状
を光輝するうろこを表現する形状に形成する。
目立って光輝する非常に美しい鯉のぼりを提供する。 【構成】 生地に鯉のうろこや目玉を捺染して鯉を表示

Description
【０００１】
本考案は、特にうろこに施した金色光輝層がキラキラと目立って光輝する非常 に美しい鯉のぼりに係るものである。
【０００２】
従来、鯉のぼりの製作は捺染により目玉やうろこなどを表現していた為、多色 に捺染する場合極めて厄介で量産出来なかった。
【０００３】 本考案は、かかる欠点を解決し、バインダーにより金色光輝層を転写するスタ ンピングホイルを使用して黄金色の美しい鯉のぼりを安価に量産提供するもので ある。
【０００４】
添付図面を参照し，て本考案の要旨を説明する。
【０００５】 生地に鯉のうろこや目玉を捺染して鯉を表示し、頭部やうろこ内に型紙により 塗布したバインダーの上から金色光輝層を接着せしめたスタンピングホイルを当 接載置し圧着加熱して金色光輝層を頭部やうろこ内に転写せしめ、このうろこ内 に転写した金色光輝層の形状を光輝するうろこを表現する形状に形成したことを 特徴とする鯉のぼりに係るものである。

スタンピングホイルにより鯉の頭部やうろこ内に金色光輝層を転写しうろこ内に 転写した金色光輝層の形状を光輝するうろこを表現する形状に形成するからキラ キラと輝くうろこに見え非常に美しい鯉のぼりとなる。
【０００７】
【実施例】 ナイロンタフタのような白生地に鯉の外形線１やうろこ２や目玉３などを捺染 する。
【０００８】 頭部やひれ部やうろこ内に型紙によりバインダーを塗布する。
【０００９】 普通の酸性染料や分散染料などを使用して捺染する場合染着のため蒸煮処理が 必要となるからこの染着処理に耐え得るバインダーを選定する。
【００１０】 この際捺染を採用せず、顔料樹脂プリント方式や転写紙による熱転写プリント 方式を採用すればバインダーは一般的なもので良い。
【００１１】 このバインダーの上から金色光輝層４を接着せしめたスタンピングホイルを当 接し、圧着加熱して頭部やひれ部やうろこ内に金色光輝層４を転写する。
【００１２】 うろこ内に転写する金色光輝層４の形状はうろこ２に合わせて内側全部に転写 せずに尾側に生地余白を残す大きさで且つ尾側方向に突出する突起片５を形成す ると共に頭側を上下隣同志のうろこの谷部に合わせて先細り形状とする。
【００１３】 尚、図面は突起片５と針状突起形状に形成した場合であるが、突起片５は針状 突起形状に限られるものではない。
【００１４】 生地を鯉の外形線１に沿って裁断し、背びれ６や胸びれ７や腹びれ８も裁断し 、縫い合わせて口部と尾びれ部が開口する鯉のぼり本体を形成する。
【００１５】 スタンピングホイルは合成樹脂フイルムに蒸着により金色に彩色した金属蒸着 層を付着せしめ、転写剥離するように加工したものを使用する。

本考案は、上述のようにうろこ内の金色光輝層４の形状を光輝するうろこを表 現する形状に採用したからうろこ内に形成した金色光輝層４が非常に目立ち、非 常にキラキラと輝いて見えるうろことなる。
【００１７】 従って、その他の金色光輝層４の輝きと相俟って全体の金色が非常に強く印象 づけられ、金色に輝く美しい鯉のぼりとなり、それだけ商品価値を発揮すること になる。

- 【請求項１】 生地に鯉のうろこや目玉を捺染して鯉を
表示し、頭部やうろこ内に型紙により塗布したバインダ
ーの上から金色光輝層を接着せしめたスタンピングホイ
ルを当接載置し圧着加熱して金色光輝層を頭部やうろこ
内に転写せしめ、このうろこ内に転写した金色光輝層の
形状を光輝するうろこを表現する形状に形成したことを
特徴とする鯉のぼり。
