A multilayer transparent plate is disclosed, which includes a spacer having a rectangular frame and supporting the transparent film in a stretched state.

In each of the above conventional examples, the peripheral edge of the transparent film is sandwiched between two spacers to maintain the transparent film in a stretched state, but in the first conventional example, heat shrinkage is applied between both spacers. After sandwiching the transparent film, the multilayer transparent plate is placed in a forced draft oven and heated to the extent necessary to remove substantially all wrinkles and waves on the transparent film. do. The transparent film, which has become easier to stretch due to this heating, is stretched, its peripheral edges are fixed with a spacer and a sealing member made of elastic adhesive, and the transparent film is cooled until the temperature of the transparent film falls below its softening point or transparent plate temperature. The transparent film is thereby contracted and its expanded state is improved. In addition, in both the second and third conventional examples, a transparent film that is flexible at room temperature is sandwiched between both spacers, and its four sides are fixed, and an elastic tensioner is provided within the spacer or close to the spacer. The elasticity of the member presses the peripheral edge of the transparent film to stretch the transparent film and eliminate wrinkles and waves.

The transparent film used for such multilayer transparent plates has a square or rectangular shape, and when it is stretched, it is pulled outward by holding the center of the four edges. The accompanying wrinkles and waves appear on the diagonal lines of the transparent film, and the stretching operation is forced again to eliminate these wrinkles and waves, especially on the diagonal lines of the transparent film near the corners of the spacer. The work of rolling out wrinkles and waves was difficult, and the productivity of multilayer transparent plates was becoming poor.

Further, in the first prior art, in order to maintain the same pressure in both spaces divided into two by a transparent film, a hot needle is passed through a portion adjacent to the edge of the transparent film to melt that portion and form a small hole. However, there are some issues with manufacturing, such as the need to perform perforation work during the assembly process of multilayer transparent plates, and the risk of the transparent film tearing at the small holes during the stretching process performed after forming the small holes. Not only did it require more work steps, but it also required careful attention to the rolling process.

It is a granular moisture absorbent that is a mixture of two types filled in a large amount in 9B, and consists of silica gel, which has a moisture absorption effect for a medium term, for example, about 5 to 6 years, and molycilla sieves, which has a moisture absorption effect for a long term, for example, about 10 to 12 years. 10A, 10B
are slits formed in each of the spacers,
Hollow parts 9A and 9B filled with moisture absorbers 8A and 8B
and the heat insulating spaces 4A, 4B are communicated with each other. Reference numeral 11 denotes a small passageway with a small opening area that communicates both the heat insulating spaces 4A and 4B, and at least one passage is formed between the corners of both spacers 3A and 3B and the inclined edge 5C of the transparent film 5.

Both of the transparent plates are inorganic or organic transparent plates, and examples of the material for the inorganic transparent plate include glass, and examples of the material for the organic transparent plate include acrylic resin, vinyl chloride resin, polycarbonate resin, etc.
Among these, a glass plate is preferable in terms of both chemical and physical durability, and although its thickness varies depending on its use, a plate of 2 mm to 6 mm is preferable in terms of weight. Further, both of the spacers are made by forming aluminum, galvanized iron plate, PVC steel plate, etc. into a long rectangular tube shape and cutting it into 1 to 4 predetermined dimensions, and the side parts 3A to 3D are shown in the figure. A rectangular frame having a square or rectangular shape is assembled by butt-connecting even the corner joints that are not connected. or,
As the transparent film, films such as polyolefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, and vinyl halides such as vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride, and fluorinated vinylidene, which are extensible and flexible at room temperature, are used. It may also be one in which a metal such as silver or aluminum is deposited and treated to reflect infrared rays or ultraviolet rays. Further, the sealing member is attached to both transparent plates 2A, 2.
A thermoplastic elastic adhesive, such as Thiokol, which adheres to B and both spacers 3A and 3B is preferable.

The transparent film has an octagonal shape in which the four corners of a square or rectangular material are cut and the cut surface is a straight or curved inclined edge 5C, and as shown in FIG. Let the inclined edges escape from the abutting portion P of each side 3A to 3D of the spacer 3A, apply tension in the direction of the arrow to the straight edges 5A and 5B, and glue both straight edges with adhesive 7C.
By attaching it to the circumferential side of the spacer 3A through the spacer 3A, it is expanded as shown in FIG.
A passage 11 is formed between C and the corner of the spacer 3A.

Next, manufacturing of the multilayer transparent plate 1 will be explained.
First, assemble both spacers 3A and 3B into a rectangular frame,
As described above, after stretching the transparent film 5 on the spacer 3A as shown in FIG. 4, both straight edges 5A,
5B is attached to the peripheral end surface of the spacer 3A, and the expansion of the transparent film 5 is supported by the spacer 3A as shown in FIG. Next, after pasting the spacer 3A on the transparent plate 2A and the spacer 3B on the transparent plate 2B, the spacers 3A and 3B are overlapped with each other via the transparent film 5, and both the transparent plates 2A and 2B are overlapped, and then the sealing member 6
The desired multilayer transparent plate 1 can be obtained by filling the annular groove with the adhesive and fixing both the transparent plates 2A, 2B and the spacers 3A, 3B to each other by the adhesive action.

According to the structure of such a multilayer transparent plate 1, the transparent film 5 having four corners cut and having an inclined edge 5C with a straight or curved cut surface is supported by the spacer 3A, and at least one A passage 11 is formed between the two inclined edges 5C and at least one corner of the spacer 3A, which communicates both sides 4A and 4B of the space divided into two by the transparent film 5. At the same time, aisle 11
Moreover, since the tension in the direction of the straight edges 5A and 5B is applied to the inclined edge 5C as it is expanded, wrinkles and waves do not occur near the inclined edge 5C.
