Conventionally, the mating outer enclosure has been separated from the mating construction board and the receiving fitting for mating it, and is provided to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction in the longitudinal direction of the mating construction board. There is. By the way, wind and rain are particularly strong at the water-side and gable-side portions of the eaves, both from a design standpoint and experimentally, and such a fitting envelope cannot withstand the strength. The wind force coefficient in architectural engineering is approximately several times higher at the eaves and gable sides of a roof compared to the middle part. On the other hand, the middle part of the roof becomes too strong, and when most of the roof work is done in the middle part, the construction cost of the entire roof rises. Therefore, there is a need for a structure for mounting a receiving fitting in a fitting outer enclosure that can be firmly mounted, can cope well with thermal expansion and contraction, and can be made at low cost.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on the embodiments shown in the drawings. Figures 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 show examples of the mounting structure of the receiving bracket in the fitting outer enclosure of the present invention, and 1 is a structural member such as a purlin;
Many are attached to the top or side of the structure. 2
is a relatively soft and highly elastic heat insulating board such as a foamed synthetic resin board, wood wool board, or rock wool board, which is laid on the structural members 1, 1, . . . . Mounting bolts 3a are arranged at predetermined intervals on the structural member 1, and the threaded portions of the upper parts of the mounting bolts 3a protrude from the upper surface of the heat insulating plate 2. Further, a pipe-shaped socket 4 corresponding to the height of the heat insulating plate 2 is provided around the periphery of the mounting bolt 3a. Reference numeral 5 denotes a presser plate piece, around which a plurality of downward claws 5a (at four corners in the embodiment) are provided.
A long hole 5b is also formed in the approximate center of this plate portion as required (see FIG. 5). The holding plate piece 5 is placed directly above the socket 4, and its claws 5a are biting into the upper surface of the heat insulating plate 2. This is to facilitate the sliding of the receiving fitting A, which will be described later, and to prevent the heat insulating plate 2 from being dented.

In the present invention, a heat insulating board 2 made of foamed synthetic resin or the like is laid on a structural material 1 such as a main building, and on the heat insulating board 2 directly above the structural material 1, a holding board piece is provided with downward claws 5a on the periphery. 5 is placed, and on top of this, a receiving metal fitting A having stepped portions 6a, 6a for engagement on both shoulders is slidably attached, and a fitting construction board B is fitted onto the receiving metal fitting A. By using a fixed roof, firstly, the structure is extremely strong against wind pressure loads, and secondly,
Although it is strong, it can significantly reduce construction costs, and thirdly, it has many effects such as being able to respond well to thermal expansion and contraction.

め、スライドが一層スムーズにできる。 To explain this effect in detail, the fitting side parts 9 and 10 of the fitting building board B are fitted and fixedly attached to the receiving metal fitting A, and since the receiving metal fitting A is slidable, The fitting side parts 9 and 10 are attached so as to be immovable in the vertical direction and movable in the horizontal direction, thereby allowing the structural member 1 to serve as a structural beam of the structure from an engineering point of view. It is the same as if it were fixed, and the strength can be extremely strong against wind pressure loads. In other words, the strength due to fitting and the strength due to fixing work synergistically, so that, for example, when the fitting building boards B are fitted and fixed, the eaves R1 and the gable sides are strong against wind pressure loads, etc. Can be done. Therefore, the intermediate part of the fitting roof can be made of a conventional thin material with sufficient strength, and it can be very effective in roof construction, etc., with almost no change in the construction cost of the entire roof.
In addition, the receiving fitting A is slidably attached, and the receiving fitting A is slidably attached.
By fitting and fixing the mating construction board B, the mating construction board B can appropriately slide in the longitudinal direction with respect to the structural member 1. Even if the construction board B appropriately expands and contracts in its longitudinal direction depending on the outside temperature, it will slide appropriately in the longitudinal direction and absorb the thermal expansion and contraction, thereby causing the mating construction board B to , it is possible to provide a well-fitting envelope that does not generate any thermal stress or thermal distortion.
Moreover, since the receiving fitting A slides on the holding plate piece 5 which can be securely fixed on the heat insulating plate 2 with the claws 5a, it can slide more smoothly.

点がある。 As described above, it is possible to not only increase the strength of the fitting outer enclosure, but also to better cope with thermal expansion and contraction of the fitting building board B, which is a component of the fitting outer enclosure. There is a great advantage of the mounting structure of the bracket A.

できる。 Furthermore, in the present invention, since the heat insulating board 2 is laid over the entire lower surface of the receiving bracket A, not only the heat insulation performance can be improved, but also the construction board for fitting onto the receiving bracket A can be used.
Because it is firmly attached, a large positive and negative load is applied to this location, which tends to dent the insulation board 2 and loosen its adhesion, or reduce its insulation performance, but the retainer with claws 5a Due to the presence of the plate piece 5, the concentrated load of only the bracket A can be converted into a substantially uniformly distributed load, which eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantages and allows the bracket A to be firmly attached for a long period of time. , the heat insulating performance of the heat insulating board 2 can also be improved.
