Conventionally, a fitting roof has been separated from a fitting roof plate and a receiving fitting for fitting the fitting roof plate, and is provided to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction in the longitudinal direction of the fitting roof plate. By the way, wind and rain are particularly strong at the lower water side and gable side of the eaves, both in terms of design and experimental results, and such a fitted roof cannot withstand the strength. The wind force coefficient in architectural engineering is approximately several times higher at the eaves and gable sides of a roof compared to the middle part. On the other hand, the middle part of the roof becomes too strong, and when most of the roof work is done in the middle part, the construction cost of the entire roof rises. Furthermore, when the roof slope of the fitted roof is relatively steep, the wind force coefficient at the ridge portion is approximately several times that at the middle portion, and it is desired to increase this strength as well.

Therefore, as a result of extensive research in order to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages, the inventor has proposed the present invention as a mating roof board in which half-mounted portions with an engaging stepped portion formed in the middle are provided on both sides of the main board. In a mating roof in which a cap material is fitted to a receiving metal fitting with a stepped portion for engagement on a base material, at least at the eaves and end side portions of the fitting roof, the fitting roof is fitted to the receiving metal fitting on the base material. The half-mounted portion of the board is attached with a fixture, and even after the board is attached, the half-mounted portion is slidable as appropriate in the longitudinal direction of the mating roof board against the base material, so it can be used for eaves, etc. It is possible to create an extremely strong eaves that can withstand even strong wind and rain blowing from the ground, it is simple and inexpensive, and it can also cope well with thermal expansion and contraction, solving the above-mentioned disadvantages and achieving the purpose. This is what I did.

Reference numeral 14 denotes a dent prevention plate piece, which makes it easy for the receiving bracket B provided on the upper surface to slide, and securely presses the heat insulating plate 9 with a plurality of downward claws 14a formed around this plate piece, which also prevents the heat insulating plate 9 from sliding. This prevents it from denting. An elongated hole 14b is also formed in the approximate center of the dent prevention plate piece 14 as required (fourth hole 14b).

In the present invention, half-mounted portions 2 and 3 are provided on both sides of the main plate 1, with engagement step portions 2a and 3a formed in the middle.
In a mating roof R in which a mating roof plate A and a cap material C each having a mating roof plate A and a cap material C are mated to a receiving bracket B with engaged step portions 4a and 4a on a base material D, the mating roof R At least at the eave edge R 1 and the gable side R 2 , the half-mounted portions 2 and 3 of the fitting roof board A are attached to the receiving bracket B using the fittings 11, and even when attached, the half-mounted portions 2 and 3 are attached to the receiving bracket B. By providing the shaped portions 2 and 3 to be slidable as appropriate in the longitudinal direction of the fitting roof plate A with respect to the base material D, firstly, the eave edge portion R 1 is extremely strong against wind pressure loads; Second , it is strong and can significantly reduce construction costs, and third, it can respond well to thermal expansion and contraction, and has many other effects.

施工性の優れたものにできる。 To explain this effect in detail, the half-mounted portions 2 and 3 of the fitting roof plate A are fitted and attached to the receiving bracket B at the two locations of the eave edge R 1 and the gable side R of the fitting roof R, and It is attached to the receiving bracket B on the base material D with the attachment tool 11, and the half-mounted portions 2 and 3 are attached so that they are immovable in the vertical direction and movable in the horizontal direction. Therefore, from an engineering point of view, the eave part R1 of the roof R that fits into the base material D, which is the structural material of the structure.
It will be the same if and the wife side R 2 are fixed,
The strength of the eave end R 1 and gable side R 2 of the fitted roof R against wind pressure load can be made extremely strong. That is,
The strength due to fitting and the strength due to fixing work synergistically, and the wind force coefficient of the eaves R 1 and gable side R 2 of the mating roof R can be increased, and the roof can be made strong against wind pressure loads, etc. Therefore, the wind force coefficient in architectural engineering is the fitted roof R
The eave edge R 1 and gable side R 2 of the roof are approximately several times larger than the middle part, but not only can this be easily satisfied, but the middle part of the fitted roof R is Even conventional thin materials can be made with sufficient strength, and in roof construction, etc., the construction cost for the entire roof will hardly change, which is a great effect. In addition, even if the eave edge portion R 1 and the gable side portion R 2 are attached using the fixture 11, the half-mounted portions 2 and 3 will not be aligned in the longitudinal direction of the fitting roof board A with respect to the base material D. Since it is provided to be slidable as appropriate, even if the fitting roof plate A expands and contracts appropriately in its longitudinal direction depending on the outside temperature, it will slide appropriately in its longitudinal direction and absorb the thermal expansion and contraction. As a result, it is possible to provide a well-ordered fitting roof R that does not generate any thermal stress on the fitting roof plate A and does not cause thermal distortion or the like. Further, even if the attachment tool 11 is provided separately, the construction is almost the same as the conventional fitting roof R, and the overall configuration is simple with a small number of parts.
It can be made with excellent construction properties.

きる極めて大きな利点がある。 In addition, as shown in the drawing, the ends of the opposing half-mounted portions 2 and 3 of the adjacent fitting roof panels A and A are provided at an appropriate interval (see FIG. 11), or they are configured to overlap. (See Fig. 8), when attempting to fit the cap material C into the opposing half-peaked portions 2 and 3 of the adjacent fitting roof panels A and A from above, the half-mounted portions 2 and 3 Engagement step portions 2a and 3 on the left and right sides bend so as to fall inward toward each other.
Since the space between a and a is narrowed, it becomes extremely easy to insert the engaging step portions 7a, 7a on both sides of the cap material C, and the fitting can be easily performed even with a relatively small pressing force by an operator. This means that the engaging step portions 2a, 3
The bending inclination angles of a and 7a are about 30 degrees to about 60 degrees when viewed from the horizontal plane, so that the fitting force is strengthened, and the fitting and mounting of the cap material C is also made into a strong shape, and the structure is configured to engage over the entire length. However, it has the great advantage of being easy to fit.

を特徴とした嵌合屋根。1. Fit the mating roof board and the cap material, each of which has a half-mounted part with an engaging step formed in the middle, on both sides of the main board to the receiving metal fitting with the engaged step on the base material. In the mating roof, at least at the eaves and gable sides of the mating roof, the half-mounted part of the mating roof board is attached to the receiving metal fitting with a fixture,
The fitting roof is characterized in that the half-mounted portion is provided so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the fitting roof plate relative to the base material even when attached.
