By the way, wind and rain are particularly strong at the lower water side and gable side of the eaves, both in terms of design and experimental results, and such a fitted roof cannot withstand the strength. The wind force coefficient in architectural engineering is approximately several times higher at the eaves and gable sides of a roof compared to the middle part. On the other hand, the middle part of the roof becomes too strong, and when most of the roof work is done in the middle part, the construction cost of the entire roof rises. Furthermore, when the roof slope of the fitted roof is relatively steep, the wind force coefficient at the ridge portion is approximately several times that at the middle portion, and it is desired to increase this strength as well.

し、その目的を達成したものである。 Therefore, as a result of extensive research in order to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages, the inventor has developed the present invention, which is a mating roof plate having chevron-shaped portions on both sides of the main plate, each having a chevron-shaped portion with engaging step portions formed on the left and right sides. In a mating roof that is fitted to a receiving metal fitting with a stepped portion to be engaged on a base material, at least at the eaves and gable side portions of the fitting roof, the mountain of the fitting roof plate is attached to the receiving metal fitting. By attaching the shaped part with a fixture, and by making the mountain-shaped part slidable in the longitudinal direction of the mating roof board against the base material even after it is attached, wind and rain blowing from the eaves etc. It is possible to create an extremely strong eave edge that can withstand even strong winds, has a simple structure and is inexpensive, and can respond well to thermal expansion and contraction, thus solving the above-mentioned disadvantages and achieving the purpose. be.

is formed. Engagement step portions 2a, 2a are formed on the left and right sides of the mountain-shaped portion 2 midway in the height direction. The chevron-shaped portion 2 has an engaging step portion 2a formed inwardly from the upper end of the inclined portion 2b, a chevron portion 2c provided from the upper end, and an engaging step portion inwardly from the outer end of the chevron-shaped portion 2c. 2a is integrally formed. As shown in FIG. 10, a protrusion 2d is formed in the middle of the top of the chevron portion 2c as required.
Further, a chevron-shaped portion 3 is integrally provided on the other side of the main plate 1 (the left side in FIG. 10). Engaging step portions 3a, 3a are formed on both sides of the mountain-shaped portion 3, respectively. The chevron-shaped portion 3 has an engaging step portion 3a formed inwardly from the upper end of the inclined portion 3b, and a chevron-shaped portion 3c is provided from the upper end of the chevron-shaped portion 3c. The protrusion 3d is formed in a bent manner. An engaging step portion 3a is integrally formed inward from the outer end of the chevron portion 3c, and an edge 3e inclined from the lower end thereof is provided as necessary. The end edge 3e is often bent into a substantially C-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 4 and the like. The chevron-shaped part 3 on the other side (left side in Fig. 10) of the adjacent mating roof board A is fitted into the chevron-shaped part 2 on one side (the right side in Fig. 10) of the mating roof board A. The engagement step 2
In order for a, 2a, 3a, and 3a to engage with each other, the chevron-shaped portion 2 on one side (the right side in Fig. 10) of the fitting roof plate A is thicker than the chevron-shaped portion 3 on the other side by the thickness of the plate. It is designed to be small. The main plate 1
When the width is wide, the intermediate peak-shaped portion 1a is formed as a bulge as required, as shown in FIG. The chevron-shaped parts 2 and 3 of the fitting roof board A are not limited to these, and may include sloped parts 2b and 3b, engagement step parts 2a and 3a, chevron-shaped parts 2c and 3c, etc. For example, it is included in the category of the mountain-shaped portions 2 and 3.
Further, the height of the mountain-shaped portions 2 and 3 may be high and may be formed in a folded plate shape. Further, a heat insulating material such as foamed synthetic resin may be attached to the back surface of the fitting roof panel A, if necessary.

A fitting method in which a fitting roof plate A having chevron-shaped portions 2 and 3 formed with shapes a, 3a, and 3a is fitted onto a receiving metal fitting B with engaged step portions 4a and 4a on a base material C. In the roof R, the chevron-shaped portion 2 of the fitting roof board A is attached to the receiving metal fitting B at at least two locations of the eave edge portion R 1 and the gable side portion R of the fitting roof R using a fitting 10, Moreover, by providing the chevron-shaped portion 2 to be able to slide appropriately in the longitudinal direction of the mating roof plate A with respect to the base material C even after installation, first of all, the eave edge is extremely strong against wind pressure loads. Second , it is strong and can significantly reduce construction costs. Third, it has a simple structure and has good workability. Fourth, it is resistant to thermal expansion and contraction. It has many effects such as being able to respond well.

格にて施工できる利点がある。 To explain the function and effect in detail, the fitting roof plate A
The mountain-shaped portion 2 is fitted and attached to the receiving bracket B at the two locations of the eaves R 1 and the gable side R of the fitting roof R, and is further attached to the receiving bracket B on the base material D with the mounting tool 10. The chevron-shaped portion 2 is attached so as to be immovable in the vertical direction, but movable in the horizontal direction.Thereby, from an engineering point of view, it is difficult to fit it into the base material C, which is the structural material of the structure. Eave part R1 and gable side part of the roof R
If R 2 is fixed, it will be the same, and the eave part R 1 and gable side part R 2 of the fitted roof R will be affected by the wind pressure load.
can be made extremely strong. That is, the strength due to fitting and the strength due to fixing work synergistically, making it possible to increase the wind force coefficient of the eave edge portion R1 and gable side portion R2 of the fitted roof R, thereby making it strong against wind pressure loads and the like. Therefore,
The wind force coefficient in architectural engineering is the eave edge R of the mating roof R 1
and gable side R 2 are several times larger than the middle part, but not only can this be easily met, but the middle part of the mating roof R can also be made of conventional thin material. It has sufficient strength, and can exhibit great effects in roof construction, etc., with almost no change in the construction cost of the entire roof. Moreover, even if the eave edge part R 1 and the gable side part R 2 are attached using the fixture 10, the chevron-shaped part 2 can be slid against the base material C in the longitudinal direction of the fitting roof board A as appropriate. By being movable, even if the mating roof plate A expands and contracts due to heat in its longitudinal direction depending on the outside temperature, it will slide appropriately in the longitudinal direction to absorb the thermal expansion and contraction. As a result, it is possible to provide the fitting roof plate A with an orderly fitting roof R that does not generate any thermal stress and does not generate thermal distortion or the like.
Further, even if the attachment tool 10 is provided separately, the structure of the present invention can be constructed mainly with only the mating roof board A, the number of members can be minimized, and the construction is almost the same as the construction of the conventional mating roof R. Yes, it has the advantage of superior workability and can be constructed at an extremely low price.
