This type of printing method is known from Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-41682, in which a transfer pattern is printed on a water-soluble film, the film is floated on the surface of water, and the print material is brought into contact with the film while the avoidance material is immersed in the water. The transfer film is brought into close contact with the printing material by water pressure.

つた。 However, in conventional masking, a masking film was formed by manually attaching an adhesive piece such as tape to the surface of the printing material, which not only made it difficult to process in large quantities, but also made it difficult to process the masked area after transfer. Since it is necessary to peel off the masking film that forms the masking film and to clean and remove residual adhesive, etc., there is also the disadvantage that the processing cost increases.

印刷物にマスキング膜を形成しても良い。 The method of the present invention will be described in detail below. The method of the present invention includes a masking step of forming a masking film using a water-soluble paint on the part of the surface of the printing material that is not to be printed; and The water-soluble transfer film is brought into contact with the patterned surface of the water-soluble transfer film floating on the water surface, and all or part of it is immersed in water, and the transfer film is brought into close contact with the surface of the printing material by hydraulic pressure to transfer the pattern onto the surface of the printing material. During the pattern transfer step and after the transfer of the pattern during the transfer step, the transfer film and the masking film are simultaneously dissolved in water,
This includes a film removal process for removing the masking film and the transfer film from the printing material, and if desired, the film removal process is followed by a first drying process, a top coat forming process, a second drying process, etc. It is. In the masking process, a water-soluble paint is applied in advance to areas on the surface of the printing material that are not desired to be printed to form a masking film, and a jig such as a paper pattern is used as a means for this application. A masking film may be used by using a spray device such as a sprayer or the like, but in some cases, a masking film may be formed on the substrate by silk printing using a water-soluble paint.

Just make it.
