Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow the easy transfer of fine images by forming a photosensitive resin layer on an original film and exposing the resin layer via the original film with collimated beams of light for a specified period of time, thereby forming the letterpress. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive resin layer 6 is formed via a nonadhesive protective film 3 on the original film 2 and a base substrate 1 coated with the film of a tacky adhesive agent 4 is brought into pressurized contact with the surface of the resin layer 6 in such a manner that the tacky adhesive agent 4 faces the resin layer side 6 and the resin layer 6 is exposed for a specified period of time with the collimated beams of light via the original film to form hard parts 6b exposed in correspondence to the images of the original film 2 on the resin layer 6. The nonadhesive protective film 3 is then peeled and the resin layer exclusive of the hard parts 6b is removed by washing with water, by which the letterpress corresponding to the images of the original film 2 is formed on the base substrate 1. The fine images are formed as the letterpress with high accuracy in this way and the easy transfer of the fine images to a material to be transferred is executed.

[Conventional technology] Blasting is a process in which particles made of river sand, silica sand, etc. are ejected using compressed air and sprayed onto the workpiece. Conventionally, it was only used for surface finishing such as sand removal and deburring of castings. However, it has also come to be used for engraving characters on tombstones, etc.

Conventional masks are simply made by cutting out a rubber plate with a cut knife, and not only is it difficult to make a mask with precise details, but the mask adheres to the cut surface. This is because the mask easily peels off or curls up due to the spray pressure, and to prevent this, it is difficult to peel off the mask if it is tightly attached to the carved surface using an adhesive.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The above problems are solved by forming a photosensitive resin layer on a document film via a non-adhesive protective film, and
By pressing a support substrate coated with an adhesive on the resin layer so that the adhesive faces the resin layer side, and exposing the resin layer to parallel light for a certain period of time through the original film. A photosensitive hard part corresponding to the image of the original film is formed on the resin layer, and then the non-adhesive protective film is peeled off and the resin layer other than the hard part is removed by washing with water to form the support substrate. This problem can be solved by a method for producing a relief plate for transfer that forms a letterpress corresponding to the image on the original film, and a letterpress transfer plate obtained by the method.

In order to form a mask for blast cutting using the relief plate of the present invention, a photosensitive resin containing a non-photosensitive adhesive is applied to the plate surface of the relief plate. If the same material as the photosensitive resin used to form the relief plate is used as the photosensitive resin, the photosensitive resin will adhere well to the plate surface. When this printing plate is pressed onto the surface to be carved, a photosensitive resin with a shape corresponding to the image on the original film adheres to the surface to be carved, and by exposing it to light and hardening it, it is directly applied to the surface to be carved. It is possible to form a resist mask corresponding to the image on the original film.

In this case, the photosensitive resin film transferred to the surface to be carved contains a non-photosensitive adhesive, and the non-photosensitive adhesive does not harden within the photosensitive resin film that has been cured by exposure to light. Because it has a suitable adhesiveness and gives the photosensitive resin film a suitable degree of flexibility, it allows the transferred photosensitive resin film to adhere well to the surface to be carved, and furthermore, it can be easily peeled off from the surface to be carved after use. Demonstrate characteristics.

In order to use the above-mentioned relief plate for transfer, a fluid photosensitive resin, preferably a photosensitive resin 11 made of the same material as that used for forming the resin layer 6, is used, and a non-photosensitive resin is used. For example, an appropriate amount of polyvinyl acetate emulsion is mixed as an adhesive and applied to the plate surface of the letterpress (Fig. i), the plate surface is pressed onto the cut surface 12a of the material 12 to be cut, and the photosensitive resin 11 is applied to the cut surface. Transition. Since the printing plate of the letterpress has a shape corresponding to the image of the original film by the above-described production method, the image of the original film is transferred to the cut surface 12a as a photosensitive resin film 11 (see figure k). When the photosensitive resin film 11 transferred to the surface to be carved 12a is exposed to light, the transferred image becomes hard and adheres to the surface to be carved 12a. However, this exposure does not need to be parallel light as described above, and the surface to be carved may be directly irradiated using a light source 9 such as a halogen lamp.
