内枠の開口部の中央に第２のレーザビーム検出器
が位置した状態を示す平面図、第５図は内枠の左
側の部分が第２のレーザビーム検出器の検出面の
左側の領域をマスクした状態を示す平面図、第６
図は第１のレーザビーム検出器に対する第２のレ
ーザビーム検出器の検出タイミングを説明する各
種波形図、第７図は従来の光ビーム走査装置の光
ビーム位置検出器の付近を表わした平面図、第８
図は感光体と光ビームの走査の状態との関係を表

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数本のそれぞれ独立した光ビームを出力する
    光ビーム出力手段と、 これら光ビーム出力手段から出力された光ビー
    ムが所定の面において繰り返し走査されるように
    これらを偏向する偏向手段と、 この偏向手段によつて偏向された後の各光ビー
    ムを前記面の手前の位置でそれぞれ対応して検出
    する光ビーム位置検出素子と、 これら光ビーム位置検出素子の光ビーム入射側
    にそれぞれ所定の間隔を置いて配置され、それら
    の中央部に光ビームを通過させる窓を有し窓の周
    囲を光ビームの通過を遮断する部材で構成し、か
    つそれらの少なくとも１つが前記窓の位置を光ビ
    ームの走査方向に移動自在とされた枠体 とを具備することを特徴とする光ビーム走査装
    置。
