- ブラシレスモータドライブ回路において、コイ
ル通電用のパワートランジスターの持つ耐圧以上
の逆起電圧が印加された時に、上記モータの回転
数を下げることにより上記パワートランジスター
の破壊を防ぐことを特徴とするパワートランジス
ターへの過電圧保護回路。
