Claims (1)
- 一対の入力端子間に加えられる入力信号により
動作する発光ダイオードと、この発光ダイオード
からの光エネルギーを受光する受光素子と、この
受光素子からの出力電圧により駆動されるＦＥＴ
とを、リードフレームの各々独立したアイランド
上に備えた光結合半導体装置において、前記ＦＥ
Ｔを配置するアイランドのＦＥＴ配置部分とこの
アイランドのリード端子部との間に段差を施し、
かつ前記ＦＥＴを配置するアイランドの外周部に
少なくとも一つの突起部を形成したことを特徴と
する光結合半導体装置。
