(Prior art) Conventionally, the interfloor structure between the upper and lower floors of a building includes a structure in which flooring material is laid on top of the joists, and a structure in which subflooring material and floor finishing material are laid on the joists. It is well known that in any structure, noise from the living on the upper floor, especially floor impact noise such as children's jumping springs and furniture moving sounds, can easily propagate to the lower floors, and this can be a significant hindrance to ensuring privacy, especially in apartment complexes. It has become a kind of social problem.

In addition, various measures have been proposed and actually adopted to prevent air propagation of sound (noise) on parting walls between adjacent rooms and adjacent doors, but there are very few measures against solid propagation. At present, sufficient sound insulation has not been achieved.

(Means for solving the problem) However, this idea is based on the idea of adding a compound containing unvulcanized rubber as a main component and polynorbornene and aromatic oil as additives to the unvulcanized rubber on the back side of the panel material. At the same time, the edge of the plate of the damping rubber composition protrudes from the edge of the panel material to form a soundproof composite panel, and the floor from the upper floor is We have succeeded in providing a panel material that has excellent impact sound insulation performance, is excellent in preventing solid propagation in adjacent rooms and partition walls between adjacent rooms, and can be constructed using conventional construction methods, and has solved the aforementioned conventional problems. This solved the problem.

In addition, in a structure in which a rubber composition is interposed between a panel material and a substrate to limit solid propagation of sound, in order for the rubber composition to have so-called damping performance, the rubber composition, the panel material, and the substrate ( It was known that the unvulcanized rubber method has better adhesion and higher performance than the vulcanized rubber method, but as a practical matter, the rubber composition There are problems with sagging of the shape over time and bleeding of the spreading oil, and furthermore, the abrasion resistance is poor, making it impossible to obtain a practical soundproof panel.

(Function) The rubber material of the panel of this invention is made by adding a compound consisting of polynorbornene and aromatic oil to unvulcanized rubber, which prevents the oil spreader of the rubber material from bleeding and improves abrasion resistance. and vibration damping properties are increased.
This panel adheres well to the base and has a high soundproofing effect. Further, when the edges of the soundproof composite panel are joined, the edges of the damping rubber composition that protrude from the edges of the panel material are brought into close contact with each other due to the restoring force.

(Example) FIGS. 1 and 2 show a floor panel 1, which is constructed by bonding a plate 3 made of a damping rubber composition to the back surface of a wooden panel material 2. The damping rubber composition has unvulcanized rubber as its main component, and contains 50 parts of polynorbornene and unvulcanized rubber that is a mixture of synthetic rubber or natural rubber, oil extending oil, carbon black, and other damping fillers. A rubber composition containing 5 to 20% of a compound consisting of 50 parts of aromatic oil (trade name: Norflex 100AR, manufactured by Nippon Zeon) eliminates sag in the shape of unvulcanized rubber and bleed of spread oil, and also improves resistance. This rubber composition has improved abrasion resistance, and the retention force of the filler and spreading oil is increased by the ultra-high molecular weight polynorbornene, thereby improving the damping performance of this rubber composition.

It goes without saying that the floor panel 1 of the above embodiment can be directly installed on a floor slab by conventional construction methods, or can be installed through a floor plate support, and can also be used for remodeling an existing house. be able to. The joints between the floor panels 1 are usually formed by forming a joint groove 4 on the side edge of one floor panel 1 and a joint protrusion on the side edge of the other floor panel 1, as shown in FIG. 5
are formed, and the joining protrusion 5 is fitted as shown in FIG. However, if the edge 3a of the damping rubber composition parallel to the bonding protrusion 5 of the plate body 3 is made to protrude slightly from the edge of the panel material 1, the edge 3a of the plate body 3 made of the damping rubber composition will protrude slightly from the edge of the panel material 1, as shown in FIG. The edge 3a expands under the bonding stress and a bump 6 is formed, but as time passes, the bump 6 becomes flat as shown in FIG. 5, confirming the restoring force of the damping rubber composition. I was able to do that. It was also confirmed that it was well adapted to uneven surfaces, sand, and other foreign substances on the floor slab, and was able to adhere well to the base.

Regarding the sound insulation performance, comparative measurements were conducted under the conditions shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, and the results shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 were obtained. In other words, a room 7 with a rectangular plane (approximately 8000 mm x 3000 mm) as shown in Fig. 6 is used, and the floor of this room 7 is constructed in two ways: a conventional structure and a structure using the soundproof composite panel of this invention. The sound pressure level of the noise generated indoors and transmitted to the outside was measured. As shown in FIG. 7, in the conventional floor structure, floor panel thinning material 10 is installed on a floor slab 8 via support bolts 9, and the thinning material 1
A sacrificial plywood board 11 was pasted on the upper side of 0. In the figure, 12 is a vibration-proof rubber. On the other hand, the floor structure using the soundproof composite panel of this invention is as shown in FIG. 8, and the floor panels 1, 1 of the above example were laid on the upper side of the floor structure shown in FIG. 7. As shown in Figure 6, noise generation in the room occurs at five noise generation points S 1 and S 2
...It was carried out in S 5 using a tapping machine and a banging machine. The sound pressure level of the above noise was measured at five measurement points L 1 , L 2 , . . . L 5 provided outside the room 7. In the case of the tapping machine, the results are shown in FIG. 9, where the solid line curve is for the floor structure using the soundproof composite panel of the present invention, and the dotted line curve is for the conventional floor structure. In addition, the case of a bang machine is shown in Figure 10, and the difference between solid lines and dotted lines in the figure is Figure 9.
It is similar to the figure.

In the case of a floor structure using the soundproof composite panel of the present invention from both sides, a reduction in the sound pressure level of approximately 5 dB was observed. The measurement points L 1 , L 2 , . . . L 5 could not be placed below the floor due to the structure of the room 7. The above experiment also shows that floor impact noise is absorbed by the damping function of the damping rubber composition plate.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, the soundproof composite panel of this invention has the effect of providing a floor or wall constituent material that can be constructed using conventional construction methods. Furthermore, a damping rubber composition was created by using unvulcanized rubber as the main component and adding a compound consisting of polynorbornene and aromatic oil, so the soundproofing composite panel devised by . It has the effect of absorbing impact sound against the wall, preventing solid propagation, and providing a panel with excellent soundproofing effects.

In addition, since the edge of the plate of the damping rubber composition was made to protrude from the edge of the panel material, the edge of the soundproof composite panel could be brought into closer contact with the damping rubber composition due to the restoring force of the damping rubber composition.
Even when panels are joined together, the soundproofing effect at the joined part is equivalent to that at other parts.
