(Prior art) The conventional perforated headrest is shown in Figures 6 and 7.
As shown in the figure, a net-like body 3 made of a net or the like is fixed to the headrest frame 2 using an appropriate fixing means, and then a separately formed headless pad material 4 is attached to the headrest frame 2, and the outer periphery of this pad material 4 is attached to the headrest frame 2. The surface is covered with a skin material 5, etc., and then the head rest stay 7 is inserted through the insertion holes 6 provided in the pad material 4 and the skin material 5, respectively, and the head rest stay 7 is fixed to the head rest frame 2 with bolts, etc. It is made to be.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) That is, since the perforated headrest 1 has a hole 1a in the center that penetrates back and forth, the work of attaching the pad material 4 and the skin material 5 is complicated, and the pad material 4 and the skin material The material 5 has a shape in which an opening 8 is formed in advance on the side facing the inner circumferential surface of the headrest frame 2, that is, on the side of the hole 1a, and the mesh body 3 is fixed to the headrest frame 2 through the opening 8. It's summery. The headrest stay 7 could only be fixed after the pad material 4 was attached to the headrest frame 2. Furthermore, there is a risk that the end portions of the net-like body 3 and the headrest frame 2 may be exposed through the openings 8 formed on the hole portions 1a side of the pad material 4 and the skin material 5, which has the disadvantage of impairing the appearance.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art. A net-like body is fixed to the part in advance, and then an integrated product consisting of a headrest frame and a headrest stay, which are integrated with the net-like body, is inserted between a pair of first and second molds of a foam mold,
The net-like body is tightly sandwiched between the first and second molds so that the net-like body exposed from the hole is not impregnated with the stock solution of the foamed synthetic resin, and then the stock solution of the foamed synthetic resin is injected into the foam mold. A pad material having a skin material molded on its surface side is integrally molded into a headrest frame which is integrated with the net-like body.

An integrated product 17 consisting of the headrest frame 12, the headrest stay 13, and the mesh body 14 is inserted between the pair of first and second molds 22 and 23 of the foaming mold 21, as shown in FIG. A locking portion 15 is provided at a position facing the end side of the net-like body 14 of the first and second molds 22 and 23, that is, on the hole portion 11a side.
Gaskets 22a and 23a protruding in the direction are fixed, respectively, and when the first and second molds 22 and 23 are matched, the end side of the net-like body 14 is sandwiched between the gaskets 22a and 23a in a sealed state. Next, a stock solution of foamed synthetic resin is injected through the injection port 24 formed in the foaming mold 21, and the foam is cured to form the pad material 18 integrally with the integral product 17.

This pad material 18 is formed by an integral skin method, a mold coat method, etc.
A method is adopted in which a stock solution of foamed synthetic resin for molding the skin material 19 is applied by spraying or the like to the molding surface of the foam mold 21, and then a stock solution of foamed synthetic resin for molding the pad material 18 is injected. Therefore, the skin material 19 is integrally molded on the outer peripheral surface of the pad material 18 at the same time as the pad material 18 is molded. In addition, the pad material 1 is made by foaming and curing the foamed synthetic resin stock solution.

After the pad material is foam-molded, the pad material 18 is molded integrally with the integral product 17 from the foam mold 21.
and a perforated headrest 1 consisting of a skin material 19
1, the mesh body 14 is integrally fixed to the hole 11a of the perforated headrest 11 shown in FIGS.
A perforated headrest 11 is formed, which is covered with the resin foam 8 and which is free from the possibility that the end of the net-like body 14 on the side of the hole 11a will be contaminated by the foamed synthetic resin stock solution.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the method for manufacturing a perforated headrest according to the present invention, the headrest frame and the headrest stay can be integrally formed in advance, and the headrest stay can be fixed by a fixing means such as a bolt. The locking means of the net-like body that locks on the hole side of the headrest frame is a pad material that is integrally molded on the headrest frame without having to lock in multiple locking parts, as in the past. Since the pad material is held down by the pad material, its strength is improved, and since there are no openings in the pad material, there is no risk of exposing the ends of the mesh body or the headrest frame, and there is no risk of the end of the mesh body on the hole side becoming dirty. It is possible to obtain a perforated head rest that has an excellent appearance and is highly economical.
