間にて口金本体1の外方に挟持用舌片4を切り起

片4と同様弾力性を有するものである。口金本体
1の下半部側面には熔接用電極(図示せず。)を
挿入する第1透孔12、第2透孔13並びに第3
透孔14とが穿設してあり、第3透孔14に一致
させて口金本体1の側面の一部を内方に向けてL
字状に切起して熔接用舌片15を形成してあり、
第1透孔12に一致させて口金本体1の側面の一
部を内方に向けて突設し、熔接用突台部16を形
成してある。また、口金本体1の底部にはコード
導出孔17を設けてある。位置調節板5は本実施
例では単なる円板状のもので中央に長方形の通孔
6を穿設してある。電球体Aはその下端部をピン
チシールしてあり、ピンチシール部7内にモリブ
デン金属箔18が埋設されている。モリブデン金
属箔18には内部リード棒19と外部リード棒2
0とが熔接されており、内部リード棒19にはフ
イラメントが架設されており、外部リード棒20
はピンチシール部7から外部に導出されている。
ピンチシール部7は第3図からわかるように両側
縁に肉厚の大な耳部があり、この耳部間にちよう
どランプ挟持用突片2が嵌り込むようになつてい
る。而して折曲して角筒状に形成した口金本体1
を位置調節板5の通孔6に挿入し、外鍔3と挟持
用舌片4とで位置調節板5の通孔6の孔縁を挟持
して仮止めする。このようにしておいてから、口
金本体1へのピンチシール部7の挿入深さを定め
て位置調節板5からフイラメント迄の高さを規定
の値に合わせ、同時に位置調節板5をスライドさ
せて位置調節板5の中心にフイラメントが位置す
るように調節し、外鍔3と位置調節板5とをスポ
ツト熔接する。引き出しコード22には第2図に
示すように2つの金属片10の一端がそれぞれ巻
着してあり、金属片10の他端が延出していてこ
の延出部分が熔接片部10aとなる。外部リード
棒20の一方がL字状の熔接用舌片15にスポツ
ト熔接され、他方の外部リード棒20が一方の通
電用の熔接片部10aにスポツト熔接されるもの
である。この引き出しコード22はさらに口金本
体に固着されるものであるが、これは内側面に形
成された熔接用突台部16に他の固着用の熔接片
部10aをスポツト熔接する事により行なわれ、
引き出しコード22に加わつた外力が外部リード
棒20に加わらないようにしてある。ここで外部
リード棒20と熔接用突台部16が被熔接部Bと
なる。
