させ、ちようどフイラメントと位置調節板5′の

示すように先端の一方の角が鈍角に、他方の角を
直角に形成し、基部より先端が若干細くなるよう
に形成してある。このランプ挾持用突片2は本実
施例では一側面に4ヶ所形成してあるが勿論これ
に限られず、一側面につき1ヶ所であつても良い
し、上下2ヶ所でも良いし、それ以上であつても
良いものであり、第3図bに示すようにピンチシ
ール部7の耳部11にランプ挾持用突片2が係合
している。ランプ挾持用突片2の下方に外鍔3を
外側方に突設してある。さらに外鍔3とランプ挾
持用突片2との間にて口金本体1の外方に挾持用
舌片4を切り起こしてあり、この挾持用舌片4の
先端は外鍔3に向けて下り傾斜に形成してあり、
ランプ挾持用突片4と同様弾力性を有するもので
ある。本実施例では挾持用舌片4は外鍔3の上に
設けてあるが、勿論これに限られず、外鍔3の下
に設けても良いものであり、その場合も挾持用舌
片4の先端が外鍔3に向くように登り傾斜に形成
されることになる。口金本体1の下半部側面には
熔接用電極(図示せず。)を挿入する第1透孔1
2、第2透孔13並びに第3透孔14とが穿設し
てあり、第3透孔14に一致させて口金本体1の
側面の一部を内方に向けてL字状に切起して熔接
用舌片15を形成してあり、第1透孔12に一致
させて口金本体1の側面の一部を内方に向けて突
設し、熔接用突台部16を形成してある。また、
口金本体1の底部にはコード導出孔17を設けて
ある。位置調節板5は本実施例では単なる円板状
のもので中央に長方形の通孔6を穿設してある。
本実施例ではこの通孔6の短辺は口金本体1の短
辺とほぼ等しく形成し、通孔6の長辺は口金本体
1の長辺より大に形成してあつて口金本体1を通
孔6に挿入すると口金本体1が開かなくなるよう
になつているが勿論これに限られるものでなく、
通孔6の短辺を口金本体1の短辺より大としても
よいものである。電球体Aはその下端部をピンチ
シールしてあり、ピンチシール部7内にモリブデ
ン金属箔18が埋設されている。モリブデン金属
箔18には内部リード棒19と外部リード棒20
とが熔接されており、内部リード棒19にはフイ
ラメントが架設されており、外部リード棒20は
ピンチシール部7から外部に導出されている。ピ
ンチシール部7は第3図からわかるように両側縁
に肉厚の大な耳部11があり、この耳部11間に
ちようどランプ挾持用突片2が嵌り込むようにな
つていて耳部11をガイドにして電球体Aを直線
状に移動させることができるものである。而して
折曲して角筒状に形成した口金本体1を位置調節
板5の通孔6に挿入し、外鍔3と挾持用舌片4と
で位置調節板5の通孔6の孔縁を挾持して仮止め
する。このようにしておいてから、口金本体1へ
のピンチシール部7の挿入深さを定めて位置調節
板5からフイラメント迄の高さを規定の値に合わ
せ、同時に位置調節板5をスライドさせて位置調
節板5の中心にフイラメントが位置するように調
節する。この間位置調節板5は挾持用舌片4の弾
発力にて挾持されている。フイラメントと位置調
節板5との相対位置が定まると外鍔3と位置調節
板5とがスポツト熔接されることになる。次に外
部リード棒20の一方がL字状の熔接用舌片15
にスポツト熔接され、他方の外部リード棒20が
引出しコード22の先端に被覆した金属環21に
スポツト熔接されるものである。この引出しコー
ド22はさらに口金本体1の内側面に形成された
熔接用突台部16にスポツト熔接され、引出しコ
ード22に加わつた外力が外部リード線に加わら
ないようにしてある。

けて弾力性を有する挾持用舌片を突設してあるの
で、位置調節板の通孔を口金本体に挿入すると挾
持用舌片が撓み、位置調節板の通孔の孔縁を挾持
用舌片と外鍔とで弾力的に仮止めする事ができる
ものである。そしてこのように位置調節板に穿設
した通孔に口金本体を挿入し、外鍔と挾持用舌片
とで位置調節板の通孔の孔縁を挾持しているの
で、位置調節板を簡単にスライドさせることが出

持してあるので、スポツト熔接時の挾持力に差が
生じても位置調節板が傾かないという利点もあ
