【発明の詳細な説明】
（イ）産業上の利用分野
この発明は立体駐車装置に関するものである。
口従来の技術と問題点
最も簡易な機械型立体駐車装置として２ないし３段の昇
降式のものが市販されているが、上段の車の入出庫に際
しては、その直下の下段（地上）の−小分のスペースを
あける必要があるという欠点がある。

ｅｊ問題を解決するための手段と作用
この発明は上記の欠点をなくするために、上段の車の入
出庫に際し、下段の車室が地下に降りるようにしたもの
である。図面について説明すると、車庫１には地下室２
があり、上下２段の車室をもつ車収容装置３はこの中を
ホイスト室４内のホイストによって昇降する。そして、
上下いずれの車室の車も、その車室が地上と同じレベル
の位置に停止したときに自由に入出庫できるのである。
出庫に際し、下段の車室が地下に降りるようにしたもの
である。図面について説明すると、車庫１には地下室２
があり、上下２段の車室をもつ車収容装置３はこの中を
ホイスト室４内のホイストによって昇降する。そして、
上下いずれの車室の車も、その車室が地上と同じレベル
の位置に停止したときに自由に入出庫できるのである。
車収容装置の安全確実な自動操作などについてはいうま
でもない。

この発明は比較的浅い地下を利用し、上下いずれの車の
入出庫を簡便、自由にしたもので、とくに２台を保有す
る家庭用としては地上のスペースを節減するものである
が、一般駐車装置としても、この家庭用の単位を連続さ
せることによって、入出庫機構の簡便な２段式駐車設備
が得られる。また家庭用の場合などは新築の付帯工事と
して建設できる。
