Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリコン感圧ダイアフラムチツプを搭載し、該
    シリコン感圧ダイアフラムチツプに圧力を導入す
    る圧力導入孔を有する支持体と、前記支持体およ
    びシリコン感圧ダイアフラムチツプの少なくとも
    一部が挿通し得る開口を有し、該開口内に前記支
    持体およびシリコン感圧ダイアフラムチツプを一
    方の面に向けて位置させると共に該支持体が他方
    の面に気密接着されるセラミツク基板と、該セラ
    ミツク基板上の少なくとも一方の面に搭載される
    電子回路と、セラミツク基板上に絶縁層を介して
    気密接着され、前記シリコン感圧ダイアフラムチ
    ツプを封入する容器蓋部とを有し、前記電子回路
    の引出しリードが前記セラミツク基板と前記容器
    蓋部との気密接着部を通して引出されることを特
    徴とする半導体圧力変換器。
