- 試料支持管内に設置した試料に接触させて該試
料の長さの変化を検出する検出棒を、バネを介し
て支持台に支持する熱機械分析装置において、前
記バネを形状記憶合金製バネとし且つ該バネの近
傍に加熱及び冷却装置を配置したことを特徴とす
る熱機械分析装置。
