Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the drying time and upgrade uniformity of drying and accuracy of applying a coating material by mixing a cure accelerating agent for a sealer in the manufacturing process before applying a UV coating and accelerating curing of the sealer at the time of coating in the after-processing. CONSTITUTION:First, timber thin pieces 1 manufactured by slicing a timber is dyed and dried and a bonding agent is applied. Then, the same is compression molded by a pressing device 2 to form a flitch 3, and a wooden decorative veneer 5 is formed by being sliced with a slicing blade 4. A cure accelerating agent is mixed when the timber thin pieces 1 are dyed, or mixed into the bonding agent for bonding the timber thin pieces 1 each other. In the coating process, first a sealer 11 is applied to the surface of the timber decorative veneer 5 and sealed thereon, dried and cured and then a UV coating material 12 is applied to manufacture a coated woody decorative veneer. Then, in the dry curing process, curing of the sealer 11 is accelerated by the cure accelerating agent mixed into the woody decorative veneer 5 to cure the sealer uniformly, shorten the manufacturing time and carry out accurate application of UV coating material 12.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention 1] By the way, painting the surface of the decorative veneer with a solvent-free paint such as UV paint as described above is because the decorative wood veneer as described above has many voids. Since the product will not be smooth as it is, it must be painted with a solvent-free paint such as UV paint. However, since the decorative wood veneer mentioned above contains a UV absorber, it is not possible to apply UV paint directly to it, and in order to prevent UV paint from being absorbed into the decorative wood veneer, It is necessary to apply a sealer to seal the area before application. The problem at this time is that it is necessary to seal the sealer sufficiently after applying the sealer, and if the sealer is insufficiently sealed, air cannot be removed from the wood decorative veneer sufficiently, causing foaming when applying the UV paint. (In particular, unlike solvent-based paints, UV paints have a high viscosity and are difficult to degas.) Furthermore, after applying the sealer, it is dried and cured for 1 to 2 days before the UV paint is applied, which poses a problem in productivity. Also, apply the sealer's curing accelerator on a separate roll,
It may be possible to accelerate the drying of the sealer, but since the wood decorative veneer itself absorbs a lot, there is a problem in that the curing accelerator is absorbed unevenly, resulting in uneven drying of the sealer.

The present invention was invented in view of the above problems, and
The objective is to accelerate the curing of the sealer and shorten the drying time, and also to create a painted wood decorative veneer that can be coated with UV paint accurately without uneven drying of the sealer. To provide a manufacturing method.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The method for manufacturing a painted wooden decorative veneer of the present invention involves slicing a 7-rich piece 3 formed by applying an adhesive to a thin piece of wood 1 and forming it into a block by compression molding. When manufacturing a painted wood decorative veneer by applying the V-paint 12, a curing accelerator of the sealer 11 is mixed into the wood decorative veneer 5 during the manufacturing process of the wood decorative veneer 5 before painting, and during the subsequent painting process. It is characterized by accelerating the curing of the sealer 11, and by adopting such a configuration, the problems of the conventional example described above are solved.

[Function] Therefore, by mixing the curing accelerator of the sealer 11 in the manufacturing process of the decorative wood veneer 5, when sealing the decorative wood veneer 5 by applying the sealer 11 in the subsequent process,
The curing accelerator of the sealer mixed in the decorative wood veneer 5 accelerates the curing of the sealer 11, and moreover, the curing of the sealer 11 is promoted uniformly in each part, so that the drying of the sealer 11 becomes uniform and the application of the UV paint 12 is facilitated. Now I can do it accurately.

That is, the curing accelerator is mixed, for example, when the wood thin pieces 1 are dyed, or mixed into an adhesive for bonding the wood thin pieces 1 together. Metal ions and amines are used as curing accelerators. Examples of metal ions include dibutyltin dilaurate, and examples of amines include triethylamine. The amount added is equivalent to 0.01 to 1% of the amount of sealer applied in the next step.

Therefore, in the present invention, the decorative wood veneer 5 mixed with the curing accelerator obtained as described above in the manufacturing process is adhered to a substrate 13 such as plywood with an adhesive, and then the surface of the decorative wood veneer is In this painting process, first, a sealer 11 such as urethane sealer is applied to the surface of the decorative wood veneer 5 to seal it, and this is dried and cured, and then UV paint is applied. 12 to obtain a painted wood decorative veneer (in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, this painted wood decorative veneer is laminated on a substrate 13 such as plywood). In the drying and curing process of the sealer 11, the curing accelerator of the sealer 11 mixed into the decorative wood veneer accelerates the curing of the sealer 11, and the sealer 11 is evenly cured, reducing the manufacturing time and the accuracy of the UV paint 12. This makes it possible to apply various coatings.

[Effect of the invention 1] As described above, the present invention applies a sealer to a decorative wooden veneer obtained by slicing 7-rich pieces formed by applying adhesive to thin wood pieces and forming blocks by pressure molding. When manufacturing painted decorative wood veneers by sealing them and then applying UV paint, a hardening accelerator of a sealer is mixed into the decorative wood veneers during the manufacturing process of the decorative wood veneers before painting. Since the curing of the sealer is accelerated during painting, the curing accelerator of the sealer mixed into the decorative wood veneer accelerates the curing of the resealer, and the curing of the sealer is promoted uniformly in each area, eliminating uneven drying of the sealer. This allows accurate application of UV paint.
