Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the strength of a veneer by applying an adhesive to the lumber slices, clamping and molding them to perform blocking and forming flitch and also slicing this flitch to form a sliced veneer and performing WPC treatment thereto. CONSTITUTION:Lumber slices 1 obtained by slicing lumber are treated with chemicals and then dried and thereafter flitch 2 is formed by clamping and molding the lumber slices. Sliced veneer 3 is formed by slicing this flitch 2 with a slicing blade 4 and then woody decorative veneer is formed by performing WPC treatment thereto. As reagent treatment, drying treatment, moth proofing, preservative treatment and flameproofing treatment, etc., are cited. As WPC treatment, the sliced veneer 3 is introduced into a treating pot and this pot is evacuated and resin such as polyester, acryl and melamine is introduced. After pressurization, the sliced single plate 3 is taken out from the treating pot and drawing press is performed. The veneer is semi-cured by drying. This veneer is bonded on a base material 12 such as plywood by an adhesive and above-mentioned resin is cured.

Further, as long as the above-mentioned shape is 60% or more, there is no problem even if objects with dimensions other than the above are mixed in. Chemical treatments include dyeing treatment, insect repellent treatment, antiseptic treatment, flame retardant treatment, etc. The dyeing process is carried out, for example, by immersing the inner basket 8 containing the wood flakes 1 in the dyeing liquid 7 in the dyeing tank 6, as shown in FIG. The adhesive is applied to the wood slices 1 by spraying or kneading. The type of adhesive is not particularly limited as long as it can be sliced after adhesion, but the following adhesives are suitable. For example, urethane adhesive, urethane emulsion adhesive, soft (elongation rate of 40% or more) ) polyester resin,
Examples include vinyl acetate adhesives. Compression molding of the wood thin piece 1 coated with adhesive is carried out using a press*tm9, but m1
As shown in the figure, a thin piece of wood 1 is placed in a container 1° and pressed with a press plate 1 to form the product. The pressure applied by this press device 9 is sufficient to crush the wood flakes 1 along the press surface, and is 2 Kg/as" to 25

K g/0m2). The flitch 2 formed by pressing with the press device 9 is sliced to form sliced veneers 3, and subjected to WPC treatment as follows to form decorative wood veneers. First, the sliced veneer 3 is dried, and the sliced veneer 3 is put into a processing pot and the pressure is reduced. Then, inject resin such as polyester, acrylic, melamine, etc.
After pressurizing, take out from the processing pot. After taking it out of the processing pot, it is squeeze-pressed and semi-cured by drying. This semi-cured sliced veneer 3 is adhered onto a base material 12 such as plywood via an adhesive, and the injected resin is cured while being adhered. In this way WPC
Through the treatment, a reinforced wood decorative veneer is obtained. Note that the sliced veneer 3 does not have any direction or grain like normal wood, so cracks are less likely to occur when it is semi-cured or pasted.

When treated with WPC as described above, the wood decorative veneer becomes wet colored, but if you want to strengthen it without making it wet colored, use foamed WP.
The zero-foaming WPC treatment with C treatment is basically the same as the WPC treatment described above, but a foamable resin is used as the resin to be injected. Further, in this case, the semi-cure step is omitted.

(Specific Example 2) The process from forming the sliced veneer 3 to drying the sliced veneer 3 is the same as the above-described specific example 1, and after drying, the foamed WPC treatment is performed as follows. The dried sliced veneer was placed in a processing pot, the pressure was reduced to 4 msHg for 2 hours, and T-833 (Sanshi Kako SL) was injected as a resin for foamed WPC.
Pressure was applied at Kg/cs+2 for 1 hour, and squeeze-pressed for 5 minutes at a pressure of 6Kg/c2, and the sliced veneer 3 was pasted on the plywood as the base material 12, under the conditions of 135°C and 8Kg/c2. The adhesive was bonded under pressure for 8 minutes and cured. In this way, a wood decorative veneer which was strengthened by the foamed WPC treatment and which did not become wet-colored was obtained.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention applies adhesive to thin pieces of wood and press-forms them into blocks to form flitches, and the flitches are sliced to form sliced veneers. Not only can you obtain wood-formed veneer with an appearance that is suitable for modern living spaces, but since the sliced veneer is treated with WPC, the flexible sliced veneer is strengthened and strengthened. It is possible to obtain a decorative wood veneer with a certain amount of wood. In addition, according to the second aspect of the present invention, since the sliced veneer is treated with foamed WPC, it is possible to obtain a wood decorative veneer that is strengthened and has an appearance that does not become the color of an IL tag, and can be used as an interior material in a wide range of areas. You can get wood veneer finished in use as etc.
