It has a shape that covers the toe part of the shoe S, and has a horizontal opening (A) for inserting the toe part of the shoe, and a fixing periphery (C) to which reinforcing leather (B) is glued for fixing to the bottom periphery of the toe part of the shoe S. At the same time, the toe protection cover for baseball shoes is used to protect the toe shell of the baseball shoe by using a toe protection cover for baseball shoes in which a lace fixing tongue piece H formed in the lace hole D is connected to a part of the upper periphery of the lateral opening A. In addition, by replacing the toe protection covers for baseball shoes, the baseball shoes can be used for a long time.

つた。(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, the conventional toe protection cover for baseball shoes is placed over the toe portion of the shoe before passing the shoelace through the shoelace hole, and the cover is placed over the toe portion of the shoe before passing the shoelace through the shoelace hole. After matching the lace holes of the toe protection cover for shoes, pass the shoelace through this and fix the upper edge of the toe protection cover for baseball shoes to the shoe, and overlap the fixing rim around the bottom edge of the toe part of the shoe. This must be attached by fixing it to the sole of the shoe using a nail N, and if this wears out, it is necessary to remove the nail N, untie the laces, and replace it with a new one. The installation and replacement of toe protection covers for baseball shoes requires skill and is difficult for amateurs to drive and remove nails. It was troublesome and uneconomical to have to ask a competent company to do the work each time it was replaced.

If the toe protection cover for the baseball shoe comes off during play, it may cause an inconvenience.

The cover member is curve-molded so that the inner surface overlaps the circumferential surface of the toe portion of the shoe, and the lateral opening for inserting the toe portion of the shoe and the opening edge follow the circumferential surface of the toe portion of the shoe. The cover main body has a lower opening, and a layer of hot melt adhesive that can be peeled off by heating or solvent penetration is formed on the inner surface of the cover main body, including at least the inner edge of the lower opening. It is a feature.

作される。 The toe protection cover for baseball shoes configured as described above is made of a natural leather sheet having a predetermined thickness.
The surface layer 4 is cut along the leather layer except for the single piece 10 that extends from the upper periphery of the horizontal opening 2 to the fixing tongue 3.
A peeling process in which the two layers a and back layer 4b are separated into two layers, and an adhesion step in which the two surfaces layer 4a and back layer 4b are bonded together using an adhesive 4c made of urethane prepolymer were carried out in sequence, and this was dried. After that, it is placed in a hanging mold and curved so that the inner surface overlaps the circumferential surface of the toe of the shoe. Finally, the inner edge 7a of the lower opening 6 of the cover main body 1 and the side opening 5 are formed. It is manufactured by forming a band-shaped hot melt adhesive layer 8 on the side inner edge portion 7a and the inner surface 7c of the toe cover piece 4 having a three-layer structure, and pasting a release paper 9 on the surface thereof.

と不経済が解消される。(Operations and Effects of the Invention) The toe protection cover for baseball shoes of the present invention described above has a heating or Since a hot-melt adhesive layer is formed that can be peeled off by penetrating a solvent, even an amateur can easily and reliably attach and replace the toe protection cover for baseball shoes using heating means such as an iron. This eliminates the need for the conventional work that requires skill, such as fixing the fixing edge around the sole of the toe of the shoe using stacked nails, or pulling out the nail for replacement. The troublesome and uneconomical need to rely on a contractor each time to install or replace shoes is eliminated.

This eliminates the inconvenience of the toe protection covers for baseball shoes coming off during play because of the presence of nail marks that are formed each time they are replaced. Toe protection covers for baseball shoes can always be securely and stably fixed regardless of the number of times.

Since at least the inner edge of the lower opening of the cover main body is adhered to the circumferential side of the toe portion of the shoe, there is no need for a fixing circumferential edge for fixing to the circumferential edge of the toe sole of the shoe as in the past. The lower opening has flexibility. For this reason, the fixation periphery was overlapped and fixed to the sole of the shoe, resulting in
This solves the problem of not being able to attach toe protection covers for baseball shoes because the spikes on the bottom get in the way, or having to manufacture toe protection covers for baseball shoes in various sizes to accommodate different sizes of shoes. By manufacturing one type of toe protection cover for baseball shoes, it can be used for baseball shoes of various sizes, and moreover, the amount of material used can be reduced, and an inexpensive toe protection cover for baseball shoes can be provided.

Combined with this, the baseball shoe becomes heavy, which not only increases fatigue but also interferes with play. However, in the present invention, at least the inner edge of the lower opening of the cover main body is connected to the circumferential side of the toe portion of the shoe. Since the structure is such that a fixing periphery is not required, the intrusion of sand is eliminated, the weight is reduced, and increased fatigue and play problems can be eliminated.
