This tends to lead to imperfections, and at the same time, the welding strength is insufficient due to the lack of welding area, which often causes leakage when installed under vibration conditions.

法を提案することを目的とするものである。The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and minimizes, preferably eliminates the need for mutual tacking work prior to solder welding, and also enables heated solder welding by passing through a furnace. As a result, a mass production method can be adopted, and a sufficient welding area can be secured, increasing the welding strength at the solder welding part.Furthermore, the cylindrical shape on the branch pipe side can be easily used as a connection attachment part to the pipe end. By forming the pipe to ensure the subsequent soldered connection, there is no need to worry about leakage even when installed under long-term vibration conditions, and the branch pipe side is made of steel with high rigidity. The purpose of this paper is to propose an eye joint and its forming method.

ものである。(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention has a mounting hole penetrating through the axis of a flat seat surface on the head side, and an annular shape communicating with the mounting hole inside. One member has a cylindrical branch pipe integrally protruding from the cap-shaped head having a concave channel, and the other member has at least a portion thereof facing the cylindrical branch pipe. A pair of half-shaped members each having an integrally protruding branch wall are fitted to the opening end circumference of the head, the branch pipe, and the branch wall, which are fitted with the mounting hole portion coaxially aligned. The main feature is a steel plate eye joint constructed by welding together the mutually assembled parts of the overlapping parts of the steel plate, and furthermore, the branch wall is formed into a C-shaped cross section, a semicircular shape, a missing circle shape, or a circular shape, and the assembly A burring wall is formed around the hole, and a mounting hole is formed in advance through the axial center of the flat seat surface on the head side by pressing a steel plate material, and a hole is formed inside that communicates with the mounting hole. One member has a cylindrical branch pipe integrally protruding from the cap-shaped head having a communicating annular concave channel, and the other member has at least one cylindrical branch pipe facing the cylindrical branch pipe. A pair of half-shaped members each having a series of branch walls with protruding parts are formed,
Further, with the pair of members, fitting and assembling is performed at the opening end circumference of the head and the overlapping part of the branch pipe and the branch wall with the mounting hole portion coaxially aligned, and then by passing through the furnace. The gist of the present invention is a method of forming an eye joint made of a steel plate, which is formed by applying heat treatment and soldering the assembly parts to each other.

The solder welding structure at the fitting assembly part of the opening end periphery on the head side of the mating parts and the overlapping part of the connected branch pipe and branch wall allows temporary attachment work to be performed prior to solder welding. At the same time, the structure of the opening end protruding stepwise along the fitting and overlapping parts of the members on one side allows for easy passage through the furnace. This makes it possible to use hot solder welding, which makes it possible to adopt a mass production method, and the fitting and overlapping structure increases the welding area and improves the welding strength. By making sure the brazed connection by simply forming the cylinder on the side, there is no fear of leakage even if the pipe is installed under vibration conditions for a long period of time, and the rigidity of the branch pipe side is increased. becomes.

鋼板製アイジョイント及びその成形方法である。(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the steel plate eye joint and the method for forming the same according to the present invention are a half-shaped eye joint in which a branch pipe (4) and a branch wall (4゛) each formed by pressing a steel plate are connected. Since the pair of members (1, 1°) consisting of a shape are fitted and overlapped, they are welded with solder (5),
The mutual tacking work prior to solder welding (5) can be minimized, preferably not required at all, thus eliminating the troublesome work and improving productivity. The structure of the open end portion protruding stepwise along the fitting portion and the overlapping portion of the member (1゛) enables heating solder welding by passing through a furnace, making it possible to adopt a mass production method. In addition, the welding strength is improved by the fitted and overlapping structure, and the soldered connection is ensured by the simple formation of a cylinder as a connection attachment part to the pipe end on the branch pipe (4) side. This is an extremely useful steel plate eye joint and its forming method, as it can eliminate concerns about leakage over a long period of time even when installed under vibration conditions, and can also increase the rigidity of the branch pipe side. .
