Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve productivity and deposition strength by constituting the steel plate I-joint by performing brazing deposition in the fitted and superposed state by a couple of members in a split shape in half to which a branch pipe formed by press work by a steel plate is connected and on which a recessed groove having a short peripheral wall is formed. CONSTITUTION:The joint is formed by performing brazing deposition on a fitting mutual head 2 side opening end peripheral part, an abutment of both ends of the connected branch pipe 4 and an assembly part of a superposed part of this branch pipe 4 and a base end part of the peripheral wall of the recessed groove 6. The mutual tack welding work prior to brazing deposition 5 is regulated to the minimum or made unnecessary. At the same time, heating and brazing deposition by passing the furnace inside is made possible by the structure of an opening end protruded in a stepped shape along the fitting part and the superposed part of the one member and a mass production system can be adopted. In addition, the deposition strength is improved by the fitting and superposing structure and the branch pipe side stress concentration is reduced and further, brazing connection by simple formation of a cylinder made at the branch pipe side as a connection fitting part to a piping end is made sure. Consequently, fears of a leak can be obviated even when being arranged under an exciting state extending for a long period of time.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in such conventional techniques, the structure of the welding (13) due to contact at the open end edge (12.12°) is difficult to achieve before welding. This requires a large number of mutual tacking operations, which causes troublesome work and impedes productivity. Also, it tends to lead to incomplete welding work, and at the same time, there is a shortage of welding area. Due to insufficient welding strength, leakage often occurs when installed under vibration conditions.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and it minimizes or eliminates the need for mutual tacking prior to solder welding, and also enables hot solder welding by passing through a furnace, so that a large quantity of solder can be welded. In addition, by ensuring a sufficient welding area, the welding strength at the solder welded part is increased, and stress concentration on the branch pipe side is reduced. A steel plate eye joint and a steel plate eye joint that can be easily formed into a cylindrical shape and ensure subsequent soldered connections, eliminating concerns about leakage even when installed under long-term vibration conditions. The purpose of this study is to propose a molding method for this purpose.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a mounting hole penetrating through the axial center of a flat seat surface on the head side, and an annular shape communicating with the mounting hole inside. One member has a cylindrical branch pipe which is curved into a cylindrical shape and has both ends abutted and protrudes integrally, and the other member has a cap-shaped head having a concave channel. A pair of half-shaped members each having a substantially semicircular groove having a short circumferential wall corresponding to the cylindrical branch pipe are fitted around the opening end of the head, with the mounting hole coaxially aligned. The gist of the invention is a steel plate eye joint constructed by welding together the mutually assembled parts of the abutting parts at both ends of the branch pipe and the proximal end of the circumferential wall of the recessed groove, and the overlapping parts of the branch pipe and the proximal end of the peripheral wall of the recessed groove. A burring wall is provided around the periphery of the mounting hole, and the mounting hole is formed in advance through the axial center of the flat seat surface on the head side by press working with a steel plate material, and a burring wall is provided inside. Continuing to the cap-shaped head having an annular groove channel communicating with the mounting hole,
One of the members has a cylindrical branch pipe which is curved into a cylindrical shape and protrudes integrally with both ends abutting, and the other member has a substantially semicircular recess having a short circumferential wall corresponding to the cylindrical branch pipe. A pair of half-cut members with grooves formed are formed,
Furthermore, while holding the pair of members so that the mounting holes are aligned coaxially, the circumference of the open end of the head, the contact portions of both ends of the branch pipe, and the overlapping portion of the branch pipe and the proximal end of the peripheral wall of the groove. The gist of this invention is a method of forming an eye joint made of a steel plate, which is formed by fitting and assembling the parts together, and then subjecting them to heat treatment by passing them through a furnace, and then soldering the assembly parts to each other.

(Function) Since the present invention is based on such a structure and its molding method,
Brass welding structure at the assembly part of the opening end periphery on the head side of the mating parts, the contact part of both ends of the connected branch pipe, and the overlapping part of the branch pipe and the proximal end of the peripheral wall of the concave groove. This method minimizes or eliminates the need for mutual tacking work prior to solder welding, eliminating the troublesome work involved, and at the same time, the opening protrudes stepwise along the fitting and overlapping parts of one member. The structure of the end allows for hot solder welding by passing through a furnace, making it possible to adopt a mass production method, and the fitting and polymerization structure improves welding strength and reduces stress concentration on the branch pipe side. By simply forming a cylindrical part on the branch pipe side as a connection attachment part to the pipe end to ensure a reliable brazed connection, there is no need to worry about leakage even if the installation is under excitation conditions for a long period of time. will be eliminated.
