Claims (1)
- ダイアフラムの受圧側がガス流量調節器より下
流側のガス通路に連通し、大気側がカバーで覆わ
れたダイアフラム式のガス膨張室を設け、カバー
に形成された大気への通気管をノズル部に設けら
れるダンパーの吸気孔の近傍に開口させてなるガ
ス流量制御装置。
