Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板の表面に形成した抵抗膜の両端を、当
該絶縁基板の両端部に形成した一対の電極端子に
接続して成る抵抗器において、前記該抵抗膜の中
途部に、一対の電極端子方向に延びる抵抗膜の一
側縁から、その一側縁と交差する方向に延びる横
トリミング線と、該横トリミング線に連通し、且
つ前記一方の電極端子方向に延びる主縦トリミン
グ線とから成る平面視Ｌ字状のトリミング部を形
成する一方、抵抗膜の前記一側縁と主縦トリミン
グ線との間には、前記横トリミング線に連通し、
且つ主縦トリミング線より長手の副縦トリミング
線を形成したことを特徴とする抵抗器。
