Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一定間隔をあけて陽極に対向して配置されしか
も内部に伝熱材が充填された筺体と、この筺体の
うち陽極に対向する面に埋設されて基端部が伝熱
材に接触するとともに先端面が陽極に対向してい
る棒状の多数本の陰極ピンと、この陰極ピンで発
生した熱を冷却する冷却器と、を有する気体レー
ザ発振装置の陰極部において、 前記冷却器は、前記筺体内の伝熱材中に占位し
て各陰極ピンの基端部が貫通する状態で配置され
た板状の冷却板と、この冷却板に一定長にわたり
線状に接触するとともに両端が前記筺体外に導出
されており内部に冷却液が流される冷却管とで形
成されていることを特徴とする気体レーザ発振装
置の陰極部用冷却器。
