Claims (1)
- フレキシブル印刷配線板に備えられる回路パタ
ーンの接続ランドに弾性導電ペーストを設け、こ
の弾性導電ペーストに電子部品の端子を圧接する
ことにより、該端子を弾性導電ペーストを介して
前記接続ランドに導通せしめたことを特徴とする
電子部品の実装構造。
