Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一方の開口部を閉鎖したスリーブの内周面
    または上記スリーブに挿入した軸の外周面の少な
    くとも一方に動圧発生用溝を設けて上記軸とスリ
    ーブとの相対回転時の動圧発生によりラジアル方
    向に軸を支持するとともに、上記軸の端面とスリ
    ーブの閉鎖部内面とにそれぞれ磁石を同極を向か
    い合わせて設置し、上記軸の端面の磁石と上記ス
    リーブの閉鎖部内面の磁石の反発力でアキシアル
    方向に軸を支持するようにした動圧軸受において
    、上記磁石の少なくとも一方の磁石に、対向磁石
    側に突出する弾性体よりなる緩衝部材を装着した
    ことを特徴とする動圧軸受。 (2) 上記緩衝部材は、上記軸の回転中心線上に
    位置するように装着されている請求項(1)記載の
    動圧軸受。 (3) 上記緩衝部材は磁石に設けた中央貫通孔内
    に装着されている請求項(2)記載の動圧軸受。
