Claims (1)
- 照射された光の反射光量を測定対象の気体の圧
力に対応して変化させる圧力変換手段と、光源か
らの光を導き圧力変換手段に照射し、反射光を所
定測定位置まで導く光伝送手段と、を備えたこと
を特徴とする圧力測定装置。
