Claims (1)
- 被測定物を載置する測定テーブルと、光照射す
る照明装置と、前記測定テーブルと平行なＸ―Ｙ
平面内で被測定物に対し相対的に移動自在とされ
光照射された被測定物を上方から拡大して位置合
せを行なう観察系とを備えてなり、その観察系の
Ｘ方向移動量及びＹ方向移動量から被測定物を測
長するようにしたテーブル型測長装置において、
前記測定テーブル自体を半透明鏡で形成し、また
は測定テーブルを透光板で形成してその下方にそ
の透光板と平行に半透明鏡を配設するとともに、
前記照明装置を、前記半透明鏡の下側に配設した
透過照明用光源と、前記観察系に付設した反射照
明用光源とで構成したことを特徴とするテーブル
型測長装置。
