Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform highly precise fitting by soldering a surface mounting connector terminal pin inserted and resin-molded between a soldering terminal part and a contact part onto a printed board, and then installing and positioning a divided housing to the board. CONSTITUTION:The terminal pin assembled body 1 of a surface mounted connector inserted and resin-molded between a soldering terminal part 3 and a contact part 5 is mounted on a printed board 2. After the mounting, the pad part 4 of the terminal part 3 is soldered. Thereafter, a housing 6 is put on the contact part 5 and assembled into the end part of the printed board 2. In this way, after the connector terminal pin is soldered onto the printed board 2, the divided housing 6 is installed and positioned to the printed board 2 by clipping and guiding the end sides, whereby highly precise fitting can be performed.

に示すようにハウジング34内に接点が押し込まれた構
造となっており、コネクタの端子部33をはんだ付けす
ることにより完成しているので、端子の寸法精度が悪い
ことによる取付は後のはんだ付けの不具合が発生し易い
欠点や、端子部のはんだ付けにおけるフラックスが接点
に流れ込む欠点を持っている。

ラックスの流れ込みを防止し、さらに端子ピンの位置精
度が良いという効果がある。
