Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 互いに対向配置された内端部に半導体デバ
イスの入出力端子が当てつけられる第１および第
２電極ラインと、互いに対向配置された一対の絶
縁部材を介して前記電極ラインのそれぞれを支持
するベース部材とを備えた半導体デバイスの特性
測定治具において、 前記ベース部材の一端側上面に前記第１電極ラ
インを設ける一方、その他端側に前記第１電極ラ
インの内端部に向かつて遠近自在に移動しうる摺
動部材を配設し、かつ、該摺動部材の上面に前記
第２電極ラインを設けたことを特徴とする半導体
デバイスの特性測定治具。 (2) 前記第１および第２電極ラインそれぞれの
内端部の断面形状を前記入出力端子が必要とする
インピーダンスと対応する大きさに形成する一方
、それぞれの外端部の断面形状を治具所要のイン
ピーダンスを有する大きさに形成した請求項１記
載の半導体デバイスの特性測定治具。
