It is characterized by being able to adhere to the body surface.

It was very difficult. Furthermore, when chemical glue is used, it is very difficult to handle as the fusuma paper may wrinkle or tear when the fusuma paper is moved for alignment. Therefore, a method is used in which a heat-sensitive adhesive is applied to the back side of the fusuma paper in advance and only the edges are glued later using an iron, etc. However, since the adhesive is applied to the entire surface of the fusuma paper, the adhesive There was a lot of waste, and it became expensive paper for sliding doors. In addition, due to limitations in the process of applying heat-sensitive adhesive and processing fusuma paper into fusuma paper, it is only possible to process fusuma paper that is manufactured in a rolled state, and it must be manufactured using special methods such as hand-cutting or handwriting. It was not possible to deal with the fusuma paper that had been used.

The heat-sensitive adhesive resin tape 1 with the pressure-sensitive adhesive resin layer formed thereon is pasted onto the edge of the core 3 of the fusuma with the surface on which the pressure-sensitive adhesive resin layer is formed facing, and then water is removed as shown in FIG. The soaked fusuma paper 4 is stacked while aligning, and then heated and pressed with an iron or the like over the fusuma paper to melt the heat-sensitive adhesive resin tape.
A fusuma like the one shown in the figure is obtained.

The adhesive resin layer 2 is formed by coating acrylic, natural rubber, synthetic elastomer, or other pressure-sensitive resin that can be bonded to paper.

Polyethylene 20μ/Gypsum board base paper 310g/ m2 )
A composite sheet made of gypsum board is laminated so that the base paper side is adhered to the honeycomb core surface. After cutting the fusuma core body to exact size, a 100μ thick polyester resin with a pressure-sensitive adhesive resin layer formed on one side. Attach the heat-sensitive adhesive resin tape to the end of the core with the side on which the pressure-sensitive adhesive resin layer is formed facing the core, then align the fusuma paper with enough water. When the position is determined, the tape is pressed with an iron to melt the tape and adhere and fix the core and the fusuma paper, and then the border material and handle material are attached to obtain the fusuma.
