Claims (1)
- 所望圧力に関連して予め設定された付勢力と作
用圧力との差に応じて変位可能に弁箱に張設され
たダイアフラムおよび、このダイアフラムを介し
て開閉可能に上記弁箱の設けられた開閉弁を有す
るパイロツト弁において、上記弁箱に上記ダイア
フラムと連動可能に第２のダイアフラムを張設す
るとともにこれら両ダイアフラムをいずれも金属
製とし、かつ上記弁箱と連係して開閉可能に上記
第２のダイアフラムに支持された第２の開閉弁を
具備することを特徴とするパイロツト弁。
