の説明図、第５図はバイモルフ型圧電アクチユエ
ータの変位状況を示す説明図、第６図はサーボ制
御弁の他の実施例を示す断面図、第７図は複合ガ
ス弁への応用例を示す断面図、第８図は同じく他
の応用例を示す断面図、第９図は第８図に示す複
合ガス弁の一部破断正面図、第１０図は同じく一
部破断側面図である。 １はバルブ本体、２，２Ａは主ポート、３は入
口、４は出口、５，５Ａは主弁、７はばね、８，
８Ａはメインダイアフラム、９はワーキング圧力
室、１０はサーボレギユレータ、１２はサーボダ
イアフラム、１３はサーボ弁部材、２３は圧電ア
クチユエータ。

Claims (1)
- 主ポートを介して連通する入口および出口を具
備したパイプ本体と、ばねによつて閉止方向に付
勢されかつ上記主ポートの開度を変化させて出口
側流体圧力を制御する主弁と、この主弁の出口側
流体圧力に応動するサーボダイアフラムと、この
サーボダイアフラムの作動によつて、上記主弁を
支持するメインダイヤフラムに対する、上記出口
側流体圧力に応じたワーキング圧力を調節するサ
ーボ弁部材と、上記サーボダイヤフラムを制御信
号入力に応じて電歪変位せしめる圧電アクチユエ
ータとを備えたことを特徴とする電歪比例動作形
サーボ制御弁。
