Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電気絶縁性の支持基体；該支持基体の表面に配
    置され、表面または内部に発熱体を搭載する電気
    絶縁体と、該電気絶縁体の表面に形成されたナト
    リウムイオン伝導性固体電解質と、該ナトリウム
    イオン伝導性固体電解質の一方の端部に一方の端
    部を接触または接合して形成された炭酸ナトリウ
    ムと、前記ナトリウムイオン伝導性固体電解質の
    他方の端部に設けたカソード電極と、前記炭酸ナ
    トリウムの他方の端部に設けたアノード電極と、
    該各電極に接合されたリード線とを含む炭酸ガス
    検知部；該炭酸ガス検知部を覆つて前記支持基体
    の表面に配置された吸湿物質；該吸湿物質を覆つ
    て前記支持基体の表面に配置されたセンサセル；
    ならびに、一端が前記支持基体に固定され、かつ
    他端が前記センサセルの内面に固定された、感温
    して伸縮することにより前記センサセルと前記支
    持基体との間を開閉するセンサセル開閉手段；を
    備えていることを特徴とする炭酸ガスセンサ。
