Examples of this type of board that have been used in the past include Tokko No. 51-29339 and Utility Model No. 51-
These include No. 11882 and Utsuko No. 54-26649. However, the biggest drawback of this type of board is that the decorative surface becomes mountain-like, and walls formed using it have the appearance of a continuous mountain. In other words, when the decorative surface of the board becomes mountain-like, it not only has poor aesthetics, but also is difficult to install, and there are disadvantages such as a lack of waterproofness at the connecting portion and the possibility of the board coming off. In addition, many of these types of boards have a hanging structure, which has the disadvantage of uneven joint width due to construction. Furthermore, the decorative surface of this type of board is flat (including embossed) by design, and
It was just a step or unevenness, lacking a three-dimensional effect, and the working width was small, so it had the disadvantage of lack of workability. In addition, boards of this kind that have a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but these have the drawbacks of lacking three-dimensionality, waterproofness, heat insulation, workability, and economic efficiency.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface section into a step-like shape that clearly separates the steps and enhances the three-dimensional effect by forming a linear gap at the lower end of the step. The width of the board is made wider, and the corners of the step are formed at acute or obtuse angles to make the step part more clear. In addition, in the female type connection part, the step at the connection part of the board is emphasized, and the corner of the step is formed at an acute angle or an obtuse angle. A decorative rib is provided to improve the waterproofness of the board, making it easier for one worker to install the board.
Moreover, it can be easily performed without requiring any skill.
Furthermore, it creates a rhythmic change in the wall surface, and in addition, a heat insulating material is also formed on the back of the extension part to strengthen the heat insulation of the board connection part, prevent deformation of the decorative surface, and improve waterproofness, three-dimensionality, and The present invention proposes a board with significantly improved engagement force.

The board according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the board A is made of, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a steel sheet plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheet (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume Steel Sheet, Super Zinc), or an aluminum sheet. ,
Roll forming of metals (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc.
A heat insulating material 23 is formed between the surface material 1 and the back material 22 formed by press molding or extrusion molding.
It is filled with sand german structure.
To explain further, the surface material 1 is formed from an elongated decorative surface part 2 , a male type connecting part 5 , and a female type connecting part 14 , as shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b. That is, the decorative surface part 2 includes a step piece 3 formed with at least one step as shown in the figure parallel to the longitudinal direction at an arbitrary position (approximately the center in the figure) on the surface of a long plate material, and a step piece 3 with the lower end of the step piece 3 inside. From a plurality of long inclined decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) 2a and 2b separated by linear gaps 4 and step pieces 3 that are concave in the direction and then protrude outward. It is composed of
Incidentally, the gap 4 is formed between the lower end of the step piece 3 and the upper end surface of the decorative piece 2b in order to make the difference in level clear. The decorative surface portion 2 mainly forms the surface of the surface material 1 in an inclined step shape to promote a three-dimensional effect, and
It has improved strength and has sufficient strength even if the board A itself is widened. In addition, the male connecting part 5 has a groove part 6 which is recessed parallel to the longitudinal direction at the upper end of the decorative surface part 2 to prevent rain and capillary phenomenon, and a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) formed at the tip of the groove part 6.
7, an engagement groove 9 having the insertion edge 8 as an upper edge, and an extension portion 11 projecting outward from a lower edge 10 of the engagement groove 9. To explain further, the extension part 11 is formed from a nailing piece 12 and a protrusion 13 formed at the tip thereof. In addition, the female connecting part 14 includes a step piece 15 which is bent inward at the lower end of the decorative surface part 2 , a decorative rib 16 whose tip protrudes briefly outward, and then bent inward;
The lower edge piece 17 of the decorative rib 16 is used as an upper edge, the tip thereof is bent outward and the fitting groove 18 into which the insertion edge 8 is fitted, and the tongue piece 20 whose lower edge 19 is bent inward. The lower edge 19 is inserted into the engagement groove 9 at the same time as the insertion edge 8 is fitted into the engagement groove 18, and serves to further strengthen the engagement force. In addition, the decorative ribs 16 clarify the divisions at the joints and separate the step pieces 3 of the board A from the joints, thereby creating periodic changes in the wall surface when a wall is formed with the boards A. When doing so, cover the upper end of the decorative piece 2a of the lower board,
It also serves the function of strengthening waterproofness in joint areas. In addition, the gutter-like part 21 is connected to the decorative surface part 2 ,
This is a space surrounded by the female connecting portions 5 and 14 , and is filled with a heat insulating material 23. Note that the dimensions and angles of each part of the surface material 1 are set as follows. That is, the apex 3 of the stepped pieces 3, 15
The height from a, 15a to the base line A when board A is installed is h 1 , h 2 , and the height of step pieces 3, 15 is
h 3 , h 4 , the opening height of the gap 4 is Δt, the depth is Δd, the angles between the step piece 3 and the decorative pieces 2a, 2b are θ 1 , θ 2 , the angle between the step piece 15, the decorative piece 2b, and the decorative rib 16 is Let θ 3 and θ 4 be the angles of θ 4 , or θ 2 ≒ θ 4 Δt=0.5 to 2 mm, or the size and depth Δ corresponding to the gap of the horizontal joint of board A connection part is 0.5 to 5
It is in the relationship of mm. Further, the back material 22 is for covering at least the exposed surface of the heat insulating material 23 in the longitudinal direction, and by sandwiching the surface material 1 and the heat insulating material 23 to form the board A, the mechanical strength of the board A itself can be improved. It strengthens the strength and functions as a component of noncombustible sheets, waterproof membranes, heat shielding sheets, water absorbing sheets, soundproofing sheets, release sheets, packing materials, reinforcing sheets, etc. Materials include, for example, asbestos paper, metal foil, etc. (A, Fe,
Pb), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet,
One type of glass cloth, a combination of one or more of these types, a sheet treated with waterproofing, flame retardant, etc., or one type of metal plate as described above. be. Further, the heat insulating material 23 includes at least the gutter-like portion 21
The insulation material 23 has a shape that bulges downward from the back surface of the extension part 11, and is filled so that the back surface of the insulation material 23 is flat, giving insulation and strength to the board A itself. It is made of a type of material that has properties such as adhesiveness and nonflammability. Specifically, it consists of one type of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it is a molded body or one that is discharged with raw materials, molded, hardened, or self-adhesive. It consists of seeds. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the heat insulating material 23, the surface material 1 , and the back material 22. To explain further, the heat insulating material 23 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, resin for phenol foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, methane). It consists of one or more of the following: sodium borate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons.

As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention,
Since at least one step is formed on the decorative surface, the strength is sufficiently reinforced, and even if the board is made wide, it looks like it is made up of multiple boards, so it does not look like a mountain. There is nothing to do. By creating a gap between the lower end of the stepped piece and the decorative piece in the decorative surface area, the difference in level becomes clear and the three-dimensional effect is strengthened. Moreover, when the board is installed, the appearance of the horizontal joint and the stepped part are very similar, making it possible to create a uniform pattern. A wall consisting of joints can be formed. Decorative ribs are formed on the female joints of the boards, improving waterproofness at the joints. Since the male and female connecting portions are formed in the above-mentioned drop-in structure, even one person can perform the work, and the joint width (horizontal) can be formed to be constant. No skill is required to connect the boards, and construction can be performed with extremely high efficiency. The board has a sanderch structure, which improves its strength. When a wall is formed from boards, there are changes in the step portions and side joints, and by creating periodic changes in the wall, it is possible to form a wall with a beautiful appearance and a rich three-dimensional effect. Since the board is wide, it is easy to install, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. The board is filled with a heat insulating material as a core material, and the side joints are double layers of heat insulating material, making it possible to form a wall with excellent heat insulation properties.
When synthetic resin foam is used as insulation material, it is lightweight,
It has excellent heat insulating properties and can be extremely easily formed into a single component by utilizing the self-adhesive properties of foaming without the need for adhesives. When the board is installed, a continuous triangular space is created between the board and the wall base, creating an air cycle effect.
