[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming horizontal walls for the interior and exterior of buildings and structures. Examples of this type of board that have been used in the past include Tokko No. 51-29339 and Utility Model No. 51-
There are No. 11882 and Utsuko No. 54-26649. However, the biggest drawback of this type of board is that the decorative surface becomes mountain-like, and a wall formed using it has the appearance of a continuous mountain. In other words, when the decorative surface of the board becomes mountain-like, it not only has poor aesthetics, but also is difficult to install, lacks waterproofness at the connecting portion, and has disadvantages such as separation. In addition, many of these types of boards have a hook structure,
Due to the construction process, there was a drawback that the joint width was uneven. Furthermore, this type of board has a decorative surface due to its design.
It is flat (including embossing), and it is just a step or unevenness, lacking a three-dimensional effect,
Because the working width was small, it had the disadvantage of lack of workability. In addition, boards of this kind that have a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but these have the disadvantages of lacking three-dimensionality, waterproofness, heat insulation, workability, and economy. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface part in a step-like manner, makes the board wide with multiple steps, and provides a recessed part with a gap that emphasizes the step difference, and a dividing line. This structure has been made more clear, and the structure closely resembles the appearance of the joint formed when the male and female joints are engaged, and the step appearance of the decorative surface, which strengthens the three-dimensional appearance of the wall and furthermore allows the boards to be dropped. By using the integrated type, a single worker can easily form a wall with a uniform horizontal joint width without requiring any skill, and there is no deformation of the decorative surface, and Since the back side of the heat insulating material near the male joint part contacts the base surface, it is possible to prevent the extension part of the male joint part from deforming during nailing, and
We are proposing a board that is waterproof and has a significantly improved three-dimensional appearance. The board according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the board A is made of, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a steel sheet plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheet (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalium Steel Sheet, Super Zinc), or an aluminum sheet. ,
Forming a metal plate (including flat plate and embossed plate) made of one type of aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc. by roll or press, or by one type of extrusion molding into the shape shown in Figure 2. A heat insulating material 24 is integrally filled between the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 23 to form a sandwich structure. To explain further, the surface material 1 has a long decorative surface portion 2.
It is composed of a male connecting portion 6 , a female connecting portion 16 , and a gutter-like portion 22 filled with a heat insulating material 24.
That is, the decorative surface part 2 includes a step piece 3 formed with at least one step and its lower end at an arbitrary position (approximately the center in the figure) on the surface of the elongated plate material, as shown in the figure, parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface. Turn back towards
For example, a plurality of long inclined decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) separated by a stepped part 5 formed from a recessed part 4 with a depth of about 2 to 10 mm and a stepped piece 3.
2a, 2b, and a gap 5a formed at the upper edge of the decorative piece 2b. In addition, the void 5
The size of a is the distance that occurs when the surface material 1 is bent.
size or arbitrarily formed,
By more clearly separating the lower end of the stepped piece 3 and the decorative piece 2b, the three-dimensional effect of the decorative surface portion 2 is promoted and the strength is reinforced. That is, the decorative surface portion 2 mainly forms the surface of the surface material in a step-like manner to promote a three-dimensional effect, and although the board A itself is wide, it looks as if the individual decorative pieces 2a and 2b are narrow in width. Since the construction is the same as when the construction is performed using a plurality of boards consisting of the following, the strength of the board A is improved, the boards are prevented from becoming mountain-like, and it is possible to maintain the aesthetic appearance. In particular, the recessed portion 4 clearly forms the dividing line of the step portion 5, and the step piece 3
It is effective for visually making the board look bigger and clearer, and when a wall is formed using board A, the joint part and the step part 5 are made to look very similar,
It creates a unified horizontal line and can create a wall with a beautiful exterior. The male connecting part 6 has a groove part 7 whose upper edge of the decorative surface part 2 is depressed parallel to the longitudinal direction to prevent rain and capillary phenomenon, and a reinforcing rib 8 (pipe-shaped in the figure) formed at the tip of the groove part 7. It is composed of an insertion edge 9 formed from the above, an engagement groove 10 having the insertion edge 9 as an upper end, and an extension portion 12 projecting outward from the lower edge 11 of the engagement groove 10.
To explain further, the extension part 12 is made up of a nailing piece 13, a reinforcing/heightening piece 14 whose tip is bent inward in an L-shape parallel to the longitudinal direction, and a tongue piece 15 whose tip is bent inward. It was formed. This reinforcing/heightening piece 14 prevents deformation of the extension part 12 when the board A is nailed to the base, and when filling the insulation material 24, it is filled by discharging raw material like synthetic resin foam. The heat insulating material 24 functions as a mold for the side surface of the board and has the function of preventing leakage from the side edge. Further, when the heat insulating material 24 is a molded body, the ends of the heat insulating material 24 are held to reinforce the integration with the surface material 1 .
The female connecting part 16 has a stepped piece 17 with the lower end of the decorative surface part 2 bent inward, an upper edge 18 with the lower end bent inward, and a lower edge 19 with the tip of the upper edge 18 bent outward. It is formed from a fitting groove 20 into which the insertion edge 9 is fitted, and a tongue piece 21 whose tip of the lower edge 19 is bent inward. To explain further, when the insertion edge 9 is fitted into the fitting groove 20, the upper edge 18
has a length that wraps up to the end of the decorative piece 2a (the upper decorative piece of the decorative surface part 2 ) to prevent rainwater from entering from the connection part of the board, strengthen the engagement force, and ensure that the gap created by the groove part 7 is closed. The reinforcing rib 8 acts as a rain cover, and prevents capillary phenomenon.
Improve the waterproofness of the connecting parts of the boards. Furthermore, at the same time as the insertion edge 9 is inserted into the fitting groove 20, the lower edge 19 is inserted into the engagement groove 10, which serves to further strengthen the engagement force. Further, the gutter-like portion 22 is a space surrounded by the decorative surface portion 2 and the male and female connecting portions 6 and 16 , and is filled with a heat insulating material 24.
The dimensions and angles of each part of the surface material 1 shown in FIGS. 2b and 2c are set as follows. That is, the angles of the step pieces 3 and 17 with respect to the base (line A) when the board is installed are θ 1 and θ 2 , and the angles of the step pieces 3 and 17 are θ 1 and θ 2 ,
If the angles of the decorative pieces 2a and 2b with respect to 17 are θ 3 and θ 4 , then θ 1 = θ 2 , or θ 1 ≒ θ 2 θ 3 = θ 4 , or θ 3 ≒ θ 4 , and the decorative pieces 2 a and 2 b , and step pieces 3 and 1
7 are parallel or approximately parallel.
Further, the angle θ 5 between the step piece 17 and the upper edge 18 and the angle θ 6 of the fitting groove 20 are determined according to the angle of the insertion edge 9. Also, the height of the step pieces 3 and 17 is
h 1 , h 2 , the height from the apex 5a of the stepped portion 5 to line A is h 3 , and the height from the upper end of the stepped piece 17 to line A is
h 4 , the height of the reinforcing and raising piece 14 is h 5 , and the height from the tip of the lower edge 19 to line A is h 6 , then h 1 = h 2 , or h 1 ≒ h 2 h 3 = h 4 , or h 3 ≒ h 4 h 5 = h 6 , or h 5 ≒ h 6 . The backing material 23 is at least the heat insulating material 2
4.It is used to cover the back side of the board, and it strengthens the mechanical strength of the board itself, and also serves as a component for noncombustible sheets, heat shield sheets, waterproof membranes, water absorbing sheets, soundproof sheets, release sheets, packing materials, reinforcing sheets, etc. For example, one or more of asbestos paper, kraft paper, metal foil (Al, Pb, Fe), asphalt felt, synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, glass cloth, etc. It may be a combination of sheets, a sheet of this type treated with waterproofing, flame retardant, etc., or one of the above-mentioned metal plates. In addition, the heat insulating material 24 is filled in at least the gutter-like portion 22 and is formed into a V-shape with a wide open angle on the back side, and provides heat insulating properties to the board. It is made of a type of material that has adhesive properties, nonflammability, and other functions. Specifically, synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board,
Consists of one type of gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc.
It consists of one type of material, such as a molded product or a material that is discharged in a raw material state and is molded, solidified, and self-adhesive. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the front material 1 and the back material 23. To explain further, the heat insulating material 24 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, resin for phenol foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, borax, etc.). sodium metaborate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide), bentonite, pearlite grains,
It is made of a material to which one or more kinds of whitebait balloons are added. The back side of the heat insulating material 24 should be a horizontal plane so that the back side on the side of the male connecting part 6 is in contact with the base, and the back side of the heat insulating material 24 should be a horizontal plane so that the back side on the side of the male connecting part 6 is in contact with the base. Shape into a V shape. This is to increase the degree of adhesion between the heat insulating material 24 and the base material, increase the degree of sealing by the board A, and effectively exhibit the heat insulating performance of the heat insulating material 24. Furthermore, during nail driving, since the back surface of the extension part 12 is in planar contact with the base, there is a sense of stability, easy nail driving, and deformation of the extension part is prevented. Furthermore, since the heat insulating material 24 at the bottom of the stepped portion 5 is thicker than when the back surface is flat, the strength near the stepped portion 5 is improved, and the board A also functions to prevent deformation. Furthermore, after the board A is constructed to form a wall, the degree of contact with the base of the board A is large, so it also has the function of preventing deformation of the board due to external force. Next, a construction example will be explained. Assume now that the boards shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form an exterior wall. In addition, board A 1 ,
In A 2 , the surface material 1 is a 0.27mm color steel plate, and the back material 23
is aluminum/kraft paper, and the insulation material 24
The raw material for polyisocyanurate foam is discharged between the surface material 1 and the back material 23, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, the extension part 12 of the n-th stage board A 1 is fixed to the base α consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used) via nails β. . Next, the fitting groove 20 of the female connecting part 16 of the n+1th board A 2 is fitted into the insertion edge 9 of the male connecting part 6 of the board A 1 to form a joint as shown in FIG. 3. It is something to do. i.e. board A 2
The female connecting portion 16 and the upper end of the decorative piece 2a of the board A1 are in contact with each other, forming an appearance very similar to the stepped portion 5 of the board A. Furthermore, in order to form the entire outer wall, it is sufficient to carry out the steps described above from the base to the girder. Note that it is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base, and caulking material and accessories for vertical joints, exits, and corners of the wall (not shown). What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board according to the present invention, and the surface material 1 can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4a to 8a and 8b. That is, FIGS. 4a to 4h are schematic diagrams showing other embodiments of the extension portion 12, and FIG.

However, this is the insertion edge 9 without the groove portion 7.
6a to 6h show other embodiments of the stepped portion 5, and FIGS. A step portion in which a chamfered surface 5c for reinforcing the step is formed at the corner formed by the upper end of the piece 2a and the step piece 3;
Figure c shows a stepped portion with an acute angle θ 3 , and Figures d to h show a stepped portion 5 in which the cross section of the recessed portion 4 is formed as shown. 7a to 7h show other embodiments of the female connecting portion 16 , and FIG. 7a shows a groove 18a formed along the longitudinal direction in the middle of the upper edge 18 or a rib (not shown) is formed to make it waterproof. , a female type connecting part 16 that aims to strengthen the engagement force, Figure b shows a female type connecting part 16 in which a rib 19a is formed along the longitudinal direction on the lower edge 19, c, d.
The drawing shows the inner part of the fitting groove 20,
A female connecting portion 16 that prevents capillary action is shown in FIGS. Figure g shows a female connector 16 in which the angle between the stepped piece 17 and the upper edge 18 is inclined at θ 8 to further strengthen waterproofness, and figure h shows a female connector 16 with the tongue piece 21 bent outward. This is the mold connecting part 16 . In addition, Fig. 4 a to h, Fig. 5 a to e, Fig. 6 a to h, Fig. 7 a
In ~h, the thickness of the surface material 1 is omitted. 8a and 8b show a surface material in which ribs 25 are formed on the decorative surface portion 2 , and FIG. , 2b are provided with ribs 25c as shown in the decorative piece 2a , the stepped piece 3, the decorative piece 2b and the stepped piece 17 (not shown), and the appearance is flat tile-like. This is a surface material 1 formed in the following manner. In addition, FIGS. 9a to 9k show other embodiments of the board, and FIG. 9a shows the surface material 1.
The reinforcing and raising piece 14 of the board is removed, and the heat insulating material 24 is exposed at the side edge or is formed so as to be covered at one end of the backing material 24 as shown by the dashed line, b.
The figure shows a board with the side edges of the male connector 6 formed as shown in the figure, figure c shows a board inserted inside to show at least one end of the back material 24, and figures d to f show the part shown by hatching. Board with the back side of 2 removed, figure i is insulation material 2
4 into two layers (homogeneous, heterogeneous) or, although not shown,
A board in which a gap is formed between the decorative pieces 2a, 2b of the surface material 1 and the heat insulating material 24, FIG. J shows a board in which two step portions 5 are formed, and FIG . Although not shown, it is also possible to form a board in which the back material 23 is not attached to the back surface of the heat insulating material 24. Of course, it is also possible to use a surface material that combines each of FIGS. 4 to 8. As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention,
Because at least one step is formed on the decorative surface, the strength is sufficiently reinforced even when the width of the board is widened, and the decorative surface does not become mountain-like, creating a wall with excellent aesthetics. There are features that can be formed. In addition, by providing a recessed part with a gap in the step part, the difference in level between the decorative pieces is much larger than before, giving the entire decorative surface a rich three-dimensional appearance, and the appearance of the step part and the joint area is improved. Because they are almost the same, they have the characteristic of being able to form exterior walls with a uniform, beautiful appearance and a rich three-dimensional effect. Furthermore, since the male and female joints are formed into the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be constructed extremely easily even by one person, and the joint width (horizontal) can be formed at a constant level, making it possible to create connections between boards. It does not require any skill, and since the boards are wide, it can be constructed with extremely high efficiency. Furthermore, because the back of the board near the male connection part is in surface contact with the base, it is easy to drive nails, and the extension part is prevented from deforming during nailing, reducing the waterproof function of the connection part. There are features that can prevent this from happening. In addition, since the gap between the board and the base is small, the board has a high sealing performance and can fully demonstrate the performance of the insulation material. Moreover, since the horizontal joints are double layers of insulation material, the insulation can form an excellent wall,
It has the characteristic of forming walls with excellent condensation resistance and fire resistance.
