[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming horizontal walls in buildings and structures. (Prior art and problems) Examples of this type of board that have been used in the past include Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29399 and Utility Model Publication No. 51-29399.
These include No. 11882 and Utsuko No. 54-26649. However, the biggest drawback of this type of board is that the decorative surface becomes mountain-like, and walls formed using it have the appearance of a continuous mountain. In other words, when the decorative surface of the board becomes mountain-like, it not only has poor aesthetics, but also is difficult to install, and there are disadvantages such as a lack of waterproofness at the connecting portion and the possibility of the board coming off. In addition, many of these types of boards have a hanging structure, which has the disadvantage of uneven joint width due to construction. Furthermore, the decorative surface of this type of board is flat (including embossed) by design, and
It was just a step or unevenness, lacking a three-dimensional effect, and the working width was small, so it had the disadvantage of lack of workability. In addition, boards of this kind that have a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but these have the drawbacks of lacking three-dimensionality, waterproofness, heat insulation, workability, and economic efficiency. (Purpose of the invention) In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface part in a step-like shape, makes the board wide with multiple steps, and provides decorative ribs and gaps in the step part to emphasize the difference in steps. , the dividing line is made clearer, and the structure closely resembles the appearance of the joint section consisting of male and female type connecting parts, so that the board can be easily installed by one worker without requiring any skill. It is possible,
Furthermore, the present invention proposes a board that has a uniform horizontal joint width, has no deformation of the decorative surface, and has significantly improved waterproofness, three-dimensional appearance, and engagement force. (Structure of the invention) The board according to the invention will be described below using drawings. That is, as shown in FIG.
Metals made of one type of metal (including flat plates and embossed plates) such as nickel alloy plated steel plates, aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel plates (product names: Gulfuan, Galvalume steel plate, Super Zinc), aluminum plates, aluminum alloy plates, copper plates, etc. A heat insulating material 23 is filled between a surface material 1 and a back surface material 22 formed by a method such as roll molding, press molding, or extrusion molding to form a sandwich structure. To explain further, as shown in FIG .
4. That is, the decorative surface portion 2 includes a stepped piece 3 formed with at least one step as shown in the figure parallel to the longitudinal direction at an arbitrary position (approximately the center in the figure) on the surface of a long board, and its lower end shortened outward. For example, a stepped portion 5 formed from a decorative rib 4 that protrudes by about 2 to 20 mm and then bends inward, and a plurality of long inclined decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) separated by the stepped pieces 3. ) 2a, 2b,
It consists of a gap 5a provided between the lower end 4a of the decorative rib 4 and the upper edge of the decorative piece 2b. The size of the gap 5a is the same as the size of the gap that occurs when the board A is bent, or it is formed arbitrarily. This not only enhances the three-dimensional effect of the material, but also reinforces its strength. The decorative surface portion 2 mainly forms the surface of the surface material 1 in a step-like manner to promote a three-dimensional effect and is useful for improving strength. In particular, cosmetic rib 4
This is effective for clarifying the dividing line of the step portion 5 and making the step piece 3 appear larger visually. In addition, the male connecting part 6 includes a groove part 7 which is recessed in the upper edge of the decorative surface part 2 in parallel with the longitudinal direction to prevent rain and capillary phenomenon, and a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) formed at the tip of the groove part 7. 8, an engagement groove 10 with the insertion edge 9 as an upper edge, an extension 12 projecting outward from the lower edge 11 of the engagement groove 10, and an extension 1
The tongue piece 13 has a tongue piece 13 bent in a flute shape at the tip of the tongue piece 2. The female connecting part 14 has a stepped piece 15 which is bent inward at the lower end of the decorative surface part 2 , a decorative rib 16 whose tip protrudes briefly outward, and then bent inward.
and the lower edge piece 17 of the decorative rib 16 is the upper edge,
A fitting groove 18 whose tip is bent outward to fit the insertion edge 9, and a tongue piece 2 whose lower edge 19 is bent inward.
0, and the lower edge 19 is inserted into the engagement groove 10 at the same time as the insertion edge 9 is fitted into the engagement groove 18, and serves to further strengthen the engagement force. In addition, the decorative ribs 16 are used to make the appearance of the joint between the boards A closely resemble the stepped portion 5 when constructed, and are also used as decorative pieces 2a of the lower board.
It also functions to cover the upper edges of the joints and strengthen waterproofness at the joints. The dimensions and angles of each part of the surface material 1 are set as follows. In other words, the step pieces 3, 1
5 is h 1 , h 2 , the width of decorative ribs 4 and 16 is W 1 ,
W 2 , the angles between the step pieces 3, 15 and the decorative pieces 2a, 2b are θ 1 , θ 2 , the decorative ribs 4, 16 and the step pieces 3, 15
The angles of θ 3 and θ 4 are the angles of the decorative piece 2a and the horizontal line A, respectively.
If the angles of 2b are θ 5 and θ 6 , then h 1 = h 2 , or h 1 ≒ h 2 W 1 = W 2 , or W 1 ≒ W 2 θ 1 = θ 2 , or θ 1 ≒ θ 2 θ 3 = θ 4 , or θ 3 ≒ θ 4 θ 5 = θ 6 , or θ 5 ≒ θ 6 . This is done so that when board A is installed on the wall base α as shown in Fig. 3, the connecting part of boards A 1 and A 2 closely resembles the external appearance of the stepped part 5, and the whole is made by the same stepped part 5. This is to create an appearance that looks structured, to form unified lines on the wall surface, and to form a wall with a beautiful appearance. Further, the gutter-like portion 21 is a space surrounded by the decorative surface portion 2 and the male and female connecting portions 6 and 14 , and is filled with a heat insulating material 23. Further, the back material 22 described above is for covering at least the back surface of the heat insulating material 23, and not only strengthens the mechanical strength of the board A itself, but also serves as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shield sheet, a water absorbing sheet, a soundproof sheet, It functions as a member of release sheets, packing materials, reinforcing sheets, etc., such as asbestos paper, metal foil (A, Fe,
Pb), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet,
One type of glass cloth, a combination of one or more of these types, a sheet treated with waterproofing, flame retardant, etc., or one type of metal plate as described above. be. In addition, the heat insulating material 23 is filled in the gutter-like part 21,
The back side of the heat insulating material 23 is formed so as to be flat, and the board A itself is provided with heat insulating properties.
It consists of seeds. Specifically, it consists of one type of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., which is discharged as a raw material, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or a molded body. It consists of seeds. In addition, when using a molded body, the heat insulating material 23
Adhesive (not shown) between the surface material 1 and the back material 22
is necessary. To explain further, insulation material 2
3 is mainly a synthetic resin foam, such as a resin for polyurethane foam, a resin for polyisocyanurate foam, a resin for phenol foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, calcium carbonate, hydroxide). aluminum, antimony trioxide), bentonite, pearlite grains,
It is made by adding one or more types of whitebait balloons. (Example of construction) Next, an example of construction will be explained. Now, it is assumed that the board A shown in FIG. 1 is laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form an outer wall. In addition, in board A, the surface material 1 is a 0.27 mm color steel plate, the back material 22 is aluminum kraft paper, and the heat insulating material 23 is a polyisocyanurate foam raw material discharged between the surface material 1 and the back material 22, reacting and foaming. , hardened, and then cured to integrate. Therefore, the extension part 12 of the nth board A 1 is fixed to the wall base α consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used) via nails β. .
Next, the female connecting part 14 of the n+1st stage board A2
The fitting groove 18 is fitted into the insertion edge 9 of the male connecting portion 6 of the board A1 to form a joint as shown in FIG. In other words, the joints are board A 1 , A 2
It is formed to have the same appearance as the stepped portion 5 of. In other words, female connection part 1 of board A 2
4 and the upper end of the decorative piece 2a of the board A1 are in contact with each other,
A slight gap B is formed there to form an appearance similar to the stepped portion 5 of the board A. In addition, in order to form the entire outer wall, it is sufficient to carry out the steps described above from the foundation to the girder. In addition, the base part includes a starter (not shown),
It is necessary to use caulking material and accessories at vertical joints, external corners, internal corners, etc. (not shown) of the wall. (Other Embodiments) What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board according to the present invention, and the board can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4 a-i to 8 a-j. That is, FIGS. 4 a to 4 i are explanatory diagrams showing other embodiments of the extension part 12, and FIG .
An extension part 12 is formed with protrusions 12a parallel to the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface part 2 to strengthen waterproofness and engagement force. The formed extension part 12, Figure c shows an extension part 12 in which a ∧-shaped protrusion is formed in the middle of the extension part 12 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface part 2 , Figure d shows a U-shaped groove 12b opposite to Figure A. Fig. e shows an extension part 12 in which a protrusion 12a and a U-shaped groove 12b are formed on the extension part 12, and Fig.
- The extension part 12 has three ribs 12c formed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface part 2. Figure G shows the extension part 12 with the tongue piece 13 bent inward in Figure B, and Figure H shows the extension part 12 at an angle θ. 7 , the extension part 12 shown in FIG. i is an extension part 12 having a wide U-shaped groove 12b formed in the middle of the extension part 12. 5a to 5e show other embodiments of the insertion edge 9 and the engagement groove 10, and in figure a, the upper edge 10a of the engagement groove 10 is formed at an angle θ 8 with respect to the extension 12 Fig. b shows an engagement groove 10 in which the upper edge 10a is made substantially horizontal, and Fig. c shows an insertion edge 9 in which the bottom surface 7a of the groove portion 7 and the upper edge 10a are formed parallel to each other. Figure d shows the insert edge 9 with the groove 7 removed, and figure e shows the insert edge 9 with the tip of the insert edge 9 formed into a protrusion shape and without the groove 7. Furthermore, FIGS. 6 a to 6 d show other embodiments of the stepped portion 5 , in which FIG. a stepped portion 5 in which θ 1 is an obtuse angle or an acute angle (not shown);

The figure shows the female connecting portion 14 formed so that the lower edge 19 of the fitting groove 18 and the lower edge 17 of the decorative rib 16 form an angle of θ 9 , and the figure b shows that the tongue piece 20 and the lower edge 19 form an angle of θ 10. Figure c shows the female connecting part 1 formed by bending the tongue piece 20 outward.
Figures 4 and d show a female connecting part 14 in which the fitting groove 18 is shaped like a square hole, Figure e shows a female connecting part 14 bent inward at the middle of the lower edge 17, and Figure f shows a female connecting part 14 in the middle of the lower edge 17. This is a female type connecting portion 14 having a protrusion 17a formed thereon. In addition,
In Figures 4 a to i to 7 a to f, the surface material 1
The wall thickness is omitted. Also, Figure 8 a-j
shows another embodiment of board A,
Figures a to d show board A with caulking material 24 arranged at the hatched positions, figure e shows board A with one end of the backing material 22 held between the tongue pieces 20, and figure f shows one end of the backing material 22 held on board A. Board A protrudes from the edge of the male connecting part 6 by ΔW, figure g shows board A with two layers of heat insulating material (same and different), and figure h shows a void 25 on the back side of the decorative pieces 2a and 2b. Board A is provided with the step part 5.
Figure J shows a board A made by extruding the surface material 1 . Although not shown, a board A in which the back material 22 is not attached to the back surface of the heat insulating material 23 can also be formed. Of course, the surface material 1 may be a combination of each of FIGS. 4 to 7. (Effects of the invention) As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention, since at least one stepped part is formed on the decorative surface, the strength is sufficiently reinforced, and even if the board is made wide, the width is small in appearance. Because it is made up of multiple narrow boards, it does not become mountain-like. By providing decorative ribs and gaps in the stepped parts, the difference in level between the decorative pieces is much larger than before.
The entire decorative surface area has a three-dimensional appearance. Since the male and female connecting parts are formed into the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily installed by one person, and
The joint width (horizontal) can be formed constant. No skill is required to connect the boards, and construction can be performed with extremely high efficiency. The board has a sanderch structure, which improves its strength. When a wall is formed, the appearance of the stepped portion and the side joints are almost the same, creating a unified horizontal line, making it possible to form a wall with a beautiful appearance and a rich three-dimensional effect. Since the decorative rib of the female connecting part covers the upper end of the upper decorative piece in the joint part, the waterproofness of the joint part is improved. Since the board is wide, it is easy to install, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. The board is filled with a heat insulating material as a core material, and the side joints are double layers of heat insulating material, making it possible to form a wall with excellent heat insulation properties. When synthetic resin foam is used as a heat insulating material, it is lightweight and has excellent heat insulation properties, and the constituent materials can be formed into one piece very easily without adhesives by utilizing the self-adhesive properties of foaming. There is.
