- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 処理槽に収容された処理薬液に被液処理物を浸
漬し、処理槽の底部の被液処理物の下方に配置し
た給液手段で外部から処理薬液を供給するように
したものにおいて、 給液手段を処理槽の底部で横方向に揺動可能に
支持する給液手段駆動機構を具えたことを特徴と
する薬液処理装置。
