Claims (1)
- 圧電体膜と内部電極層の複数枚を交互に積み重
ねて形成された積層圧電素子構成体と、この積層
圧電素子構成体の両側面に相対して露出する各前
記内部電極層を交互に覆う絶縁膜と、この絶縁膜
に覆われていない露出する前記内部電極層を覆う
ことにより同時に接続する導電性ゴムとを有する
ことを特徴とする積層圧電アクチユエータ。
